What I love about these “relative vs relative” fights is that they remind us that the main characters (Mark and Goku, in this case) aren’t the only badasses in their families.
I liked it when you asked If Goku and Vegeta can transform into monkeys while looking at Vegeta in His monkeys form. Also they were able to transform, but after permanently removing their tails they cant do it anymore.
They really should've just gone all in with the Universa scaling that puts him at 34 trillion x light speed, have it in the actual graph and stuff instead of relegated to a black box. Might as well with that 9 trillion x light speed Goku dodging meteors thing. Would've supported their narrative of "Bardock faster with SSJ and Great Ape but can't do much damage to Omni-Man, Omni-Man can't land a hit since he's slower than SSJ Bardock, Omni's higher stamina, skill, smart atoms adjusting to Bardock's attacks, longer breathing time in space, and combat experience would outlast Bardock since Bardock's not too experienced with Great Ape and especially Super and both forms drain Ki over time, his Ki attacks would also drain ki, and he can't breathe in space for as long"
Once again Tom Tom inspired the music track and you can even say it's a sequel to Diabolical Invincible Me. I like how people argue the Viltrum feat (which is understandable since even a big as it was, it was already destabilized and needed three Viltrumites to pull it off) but didn't complain when DB gave Bardock Super Saiyan from a literal what-if episode. Next time, oh boy, the salt is gonna hit like a Category 5 hurricane.
Honestly I knew Nolan would be victorious cause of the bardock they were using and how much of his power comes from power levels and multipliers, which are iffy when they were brought up. I feel like people are so mad as the results that they aren't talking about the good of this matchup. In my opinion, the soundtrack should get more attention as it's a backward version of Diabolical Invincible Me. When you break down the lyrics, this is definitely a more remorseful take.
@@madlord124 and I cant wait to talk about *precisely* that in my review, DIM and SSI complement each other perfectly! (The debate will be an obvious elephant in the room imma be a bit forced to bring up)
Unfortunately, this is sadly untrue. As a fan of both, Ki has limits yes. But the main issue with the point is Nolan not getting brutally blitzed by Bardock's Strength and Speed. Plus considering Bardock is a tricky and skilled fighter who uses momentum and likes to tilt his body in weird angles to get the drop on someone. Instead of picturing it as "How much he can tank," it's instead "How many shots can a juggernaut take before it falls, when the shots are comparable to another juggernaut". While the match up IS GOOD, and Narratively it is awesome. Bardock is also under played. Another Explanation (It'll be brief I promise): Bardock at power level 10,000 is enough to wipe out a planet on his own, but actually he could wipe out 3 of them. King Vegeta was shown to be able to bust 3 planets casual with a wave of his hand, which he too had a power level of 10,000. While Nolan needed the help of 2 other Viltrumites (powerful ones at that), the infinity ray to help destabilize the planet, and hitting it at the right angle at the right time to not die from impact. While Bardock only needs one beam to do this. Then there's SSJ Bardock which jumps to 500,000 in power level. And if Nolan can't beat Frieza at all, then Bardock SSJ is unfortunately a land slide victory.
@bladedragon6843 Good explanation, but this is a personal thing for me. Like, but when a character of DB is backed mainly with power levels and stuff I tag out, as I don't value them as much when DB moved from them. Again, personal thing for me, I don't mind that the win belongs to Bardock. Once again, good detailed explanation and props.
There’s a lot I disagree with this fight and I very much disagree with the verdict, but hey, that fight was sick as all hell. They robbed my boy, but at least he looked good😢
I love how so much people on twitter are whining about bardock losing While I’m celebrating Nolan winning a second time Edit: also is it me or does the “fuck” Nolan said actually felt like he was beginning to cry
I mean people have their reasons about being upset over something so it's not really whining? And like tbf broly iirc is the only db character that actually won
Bruh nah this is unironically rigged. That Sundisk feat is atrociously researched when it’s outright stated Nolan CANNOT compare to it and that was his only win con. Great animation and all but dawg DB’s researchers need to get a grip 💀
Where is it stated he cant compare to it? Also an oddly pessimistic comment to a series which is now independent and might not have the be resources for research
@@mariomario9209 It is stated *In the comic* that he could NOT do it alone. “We have to strike together, or *the Impact will kill us.* ” If he could do it alone give me the reason why he needed weapons and two other Viltrumites, one of which was STRONGER than him to do it? And just because they don’t have the funds for better research doesn’t mean they can give out such a blatantly wrong outcome. Objectively, Bardock wins. My GOAT was robbed.
@@MrAuthor3DS Ironically enough I don’t ship Bumblebee. Look. I don’t have anything against DB themselves. I’m happy they’re back and AM excited for the next time. But objectively I am allowed to be annoyed at a verdict especially when the research is poorly done.

Omni Man vs Bardock is a strong start of Independent Death Battle. So it’s in my top 10 meaning I like both of Omni Man’s Death Battles.
