Very informative video, just found your channel and subscribed. Had an ED problem my Doctor prescribed me Calais and that was not pleasant. Got the erection but several hours later the negative effects kicked the worst was a rash that spread cop over my body that sent me to the ER. Dr said not to take it anymore. Since then found that I had to increase my NO levels and that has helped. Keep up the good work.

Hi. I like many of your podcasts especially the one with Dr. Nathan Bryan. I wish this question had come up -- so I'll post it here for you. I know that you are aware that most of the nitric oxide (NO) responsible for regulation of vascular dilation is produce by the eNOS system in endothelial lining of the large blood vessels. When I was getting my PhD in biochem (1974) we did not know what the molecule was we just called it Endothelial Relaxation Factor. Anyway we now know that it is the age-related decrease in function of this enzyme that is behind all of the vascular disease. I'm not sure there is much you can do for this loss of function is there? Perhaps in rarer cases if the eNOS is still there but just oxidatively uncoupled maybe things like dietary arginine/citrulline might help? I'm 80 so I hold no hope of reviving my eNOS -- still trying. But my main question is this -- do you know of any studies showing that NO produced in the NO3>NO2>NO (stomach/saliva/oral bacteria/stomach) has any role in regulating blood flow? Intuitively, I can't see how NO produce -- episodically in the stomach would be "in synch" with the demands of blood pressure regulation? Thanks!

First! I suppose it doesn't matter though, cause you two hot babes never respond. That said, the secrets to nitric oxide production, in my opinion, are resistance training, HIIT cardio, good diet, no mouthwash -- (it kills nitric oxide production)...and vitamin D and Vitamin K2, and Zinc supplementation.
