Those things can bring a lot of money. People pay good money to keep trucks from destroying curbs, and for landscaping. You did a masterful job placing them in the truck, not dropping them.
Or plant native grasses around them. Blue stem, gamma - well that idea ran out quickly. In 1970, in ag class, we had to study range grasses. Planting the appropriate grasses highlights the boulders. A neighborhood kid was playing in our yard and his gerbil got loose. It lived for a while. Other kid saw it and Myron told kids that it was there. Bottom line, we got several gerbils dropped off. Now we’ve had a resident population for years. Odessa, Texas has a park with resident gerbils and a prairie dog town - at least they did 10 years ago when I visited.
NEVER get rid of 🪨 from yr property. Move them stack them or make a fence with them but don't get rid of them. It changes the natural energy flow on yr land & can weaken it growth.
Negative, keeping uninformed people from parking…off of areas with underground utilities or from getting bogged down and stuck IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT. You can always place weed block fabric around the edge of the decorative boulders, then cover with mulch.
Im glad they were relocated. Very nice boulders. I wouldve kept all the rocks exactly where they were. Whole ton of space for native plants to flourish and build value instead of being an expense like mowing.
I like what you did with the boulders it’s a practical solution to several potential problems, plus you might see lizards on the rocks now, and they would make good sitting spots while outside
I would have turn the last one 90 degrees to the left, to create the appearance of a tunnel entrance, and then rotate horizontally the rock so it would be visible from the driveway
When we bought our house, we stipulated purchase on the seller getting city water dug and installed. Thank God for that, he ended up having to rent a bigger digger than what he owns, as there was a 6ft boulder in the path. He ended up taking the sucker since we had to clue how to use it at the time, and definitely wouldn't be able to move it again 😅
I would definitely keep those rocks. They're decorative and would keep the drunks from plowing into your property, or home. I'd buy one if I could get it here 😄
Growing up we had a Taurus Wagon, Mom would have us grab rocks she thought were cool and throw them in the back. I'm glad she's not on YT to watch this, could start the cycle all over again haha!
I would've kept a few extra big one aside of the 4 and continued the strip, Put a flower bed in there add some colours and you have art right there lol xD
The boulders look good and will be funtional beside your driveway, but they'll still be a pain to mow around. Clear the grass there, add landscape fabric and mulch it, plant ground covering plants and various flowers to accent
Rocks that big are EXPENSIVE when you want them for landscaping!
Expensive if you want them and expensive if you need to get rid of them 😂
@@hausplans basically the cost is transportation, not rock

Holy cow. Here in Utah that landscaping rock!
Hauled 3 boulders of limestone "rip raf" from upstate NY to Palatka Florida in my pickup lady paid $750 for about a ton of rock that was 2002.
Can we all take a minute and see how he respected the equipment not dropping the rocks into the truck like a arrogant asshole good job man
Thanks
Lmao i was gonna say he’s doing it allllll wrong😂
Am sure he was following orders from the new guy🐕😂
Cringe
How does that make someone a arrogant asshole
I woulda kept em all!!!! Rock gardens are sick!!
Play yeah I got to say I had to cut them all moved them to where they're not in the way but I just kept them all
That's I would going to say...❤
People pay good money for Boulders like that. Keep them. You won't regret it.
He stated that he wanted to deal with those rocks while he had the equipment rented. it could be different if he owned that machine
I like that boulder, that’s a nice boulder
I got that reference
And in the morning, I'm making waffles :)
I like what you did with the place shrek

Definitely keep the rocks 🪨
I would’ve kept more than just those 4 lol. They look great
Thanks
A landscaper once told me odd numbers with boulders 3-5-7. Why I don’t know
I would've kept them and placed them around the property
This
@@torrycole6477 nice micro story, if ive ever heard one.
I'd have kept them all. Good for fencing, borders, and waterfalls. Good job, dude.
Them rocks will come in handy good for everything should have kept them all.I think he got rid off it because he scared of snakes 😂
I definitely would have kept them. Looks great!
Damn. Those Boulders made it look nice
great ROCKS for the
Landscape ..
People pay good money for bolders. I would definitely keep them.
They'll pay good money for boulders, too! 😁😁
Those things can bring a lot of money. People pay good money to keep trucks from destroying curbs, and for landscaping. You did a masterful job placing them in the truck, not dropping them.
Much respect for your operator skills we can definitely see where the tips the new guy gave you are paying off 😂
He’s been such a good teacher……….. of what not to do😂
@@hausplans hahaha
I love big ornamental boulders! I probably would have found space for all of them. ❤❤❤❤
Those rocks could’ve gone for some nice money at the local landscape store!
They aren't going to pay good money for them but they will sell them to suckers for a lot
The Cat mini is impressive. I would definitely keep the rocks. It looks like they blend well with the surrounding environment.
🤔🧐Boulders are expensive. Glad you used a few. I would have kept ALL of them and figured out a way to use them. 💝
Who ever mowed the grass is going to hate the rocks, hello weedeater from now on
Pull out the weedwacker and if that don’t work ya still got tnt 🧨 😂😂😂

I probably would have landscaped with all of them. But that would also be a tremendously huge project.
Say hi to the new guy for me! ❤❤❤
He says hi back
That rock pile looked really nice actually and added a nice ascetic to an otherwise boring lawn
I'd say the mowing around the rocks in their new little patch of grass is gonna be just as challenging..🤣

Keeping the boulders is a great idea to enhance the look of the landscape great idea I think the little guy will approve that as well 👋😃👋
They could also double as a security barrier.
I’d of landscaped with every one of those rocks. I love boulders like that.
Im glad they were relocated. Very nice boulders.
I wouldve kept all the rocks exactly where they were. Whole ton of space for native plants to flourish and build value instead of being an expense like mowing.
Have fun mowing around the nicely placed boulders.
Can not believe you are going to crush those ?!? Worth so much more the way they are !
I love it keep the boulders my guy, its a natural upgrade
That trick with picking up the rock against the blade looks great, but I was getting worried about that cylinder. 😅
👍😂
GREAT PLACEMENT IDEA 👍 ,
Thanks 👍
Rocks look very cool. The New Guy would have dispatched any snakes, no problem! (Good thing there were no snakes!).
Good point. Probably no snakes because they’re scared of him.🐶🦺
Boulders look good on the strip. I always like the large rock look
Keep them ❤😂😂 please
Looks great bud
Thanks
Definitely kept them. I'd find some place for them no matter what
I would have kept them for sure! I enjoy rocks. When on vacation I almost always find a stone to take home to remember my fun.
When we built our house back in 2020 I moved some huge boulders way too heavy for a John Deere 35G but I got them moved, it was fun😂
That’s cool
Love the boulders being there
👍
You have to bury those boulders about 1/4 to 1/3 so they look mor natural. Or even up 50% because the won’t bury themselves
they'll bury themselves
@@chevrelait Time is a great excavator...of course he'd nothing more than a memory.

Big boulders are awesome I’m an old lady and I still love to sit on a big rock in the sun it just is soothing.
Somebody else is still going to have to mow around those four rocks...just sayin'.
True, but we have to weed eat that little island already
No, I like the looks at the bolters. I feel like you’ve done a good choice by keeping them.❤
You shuld buy a cat excavator it would go well with the skid steer
I would like one👍
Yes, keep them, they give the property character! I love those boulders!
They were nice. You should have kept them😃👍
The 4 boulders definitely looks awesome 👍
When we bought our house, we stipulated purchase on the seller getting city water dug and installed.

Great idea to use those boulders.
60 year old contractor says I just love your spirit, attitude and kind heart.
Thanks so much
Rock decoration is always good looking
Great job!
Boulders look superb!
Thanks
Keep them! You're very generous, giving away the other rocks.
Made that look easy, moving the rocks and the New Guywould have kept your Wife safe from any snake.
True
Good decision on making that curve look cool with those 4 boulders
Thanks
Nice use of those boulders..... looks great
Thanks 👍
Those boulders are a great addition to landscaping. You can always high pressure wash them to get the full color out and see the fragments.
Glad you kept some!! Looks awesome!!
Rocks are cool- love that you kept them :)
Excellent operator and yes , to the keepers !!!
Thanks
Good you kept the rocks, the will look great and save you grassy area that will dry out every summer.
When I was a kid waiting for the school bus, my mom would read books to me as we sat on the boulder outside of the house. Definitely keep the boulder.
That’s a cool memery
It's cool you kept them
Oh my gosh I love big rocks! Please drop them off in my yard in Massachusetts!
You did a great job the four rocks look great.
The boulders are a great photo waiting to happen. Great spot for group family shots every year ❤
Those were some very valuable rocks, smart use of them!
Just know that we notice how skilled you are with the equipment man hahaha, love the videos always look forwards to them 🙏
I appreciate that! I just edit out all the parts where it doesn’t look like I know what I’m doing😂😂
Good use of the boulders they look good there.
Keep the rocks! 👍🏆
If you think about it, there are very few rocks being made today.
Kept them and did exactly what you did. Nice work.
Keep the four just to let people know at one time in your life you rocked man😂😂😂

You did a good job❤❤😊
Now you will have to mow around the rocks😂
The rocks ROCK...nice job
They look good where they are, and now they're serving a purpose instead of just making trouble for you.
I'm kind of disappointed. There weren't any snakes! But I definitely applaud using the boulders❤😂😂😂
Growing up we had a Taurus Wagon, Mom would have us grab rocks she thought were cool and throw them in the back. I'm glad she's not on YT to watch this, could start the cycle all over again haha!
I love boulders! I hauled mine over 400 miles! I had three large ones. 😅
I would've kept the big Boulders just like you did. We sometimes would dig deep, and then push in the rocks and bury.✌️
They look like a piece of art
Theyre perfect. Gives a physical divider and its free.
I would've kept a few extra big one aside of the 4 and continued the strip, Put a flower bed in there add some colours and you have art right there lol xD
Cool it’s looks great ❤❤❤good move
Boulders look great!
Definitely keep the boulders. 👍

Good choice to keep them boulders. With a bit of placement, they will be perfect..
Kept the boulders for yard decoration, nice.
The "don't park on the grass" bolders work...and they look damn good...
