The Market have been suffering over the past month, with all the three indexes recording losses in recent weeks. How can one profit from the present market" with effective entry and exit strategy, I mean I've heard of people making upto 350K within few months and I want to know their techniques.
You’re right! The current market might give opportunities to maximize profit within a short term, but in order to execute such strategy , you must be a skilled practitioner.
I agree , I assumed I had a hang of the market at first, I gained $50k one year and I was super elated, not until I stumbled upon a portfolio-advisr whose been guiding me since the market's been sham after the pandemic, to my utmost surprise I nettd a whooping $280K during this dip, that made it clear there's more to the market that we avg joes don't know
Hello Joseph, with QSR I think you are focusing on the least interesting chain with Burger King. Tim Hortons is the starbucks of Canada, Popeys and Firehouse subs are exploding those are the future of the company not just on a potential BK turnaround.
I bought $DG too. I sold a couple months ago after realizing how fundamentally broken the company is. I thought debt was the only problem but it runs far deeper. Look at their cash flow compared to earnings. You can see serious problems there, and I’ve made extensive comments on other videos. They bought back stock at ATHs only to find the coffers empty while the stock has crashed. He’s getting crushed right now, and I don’t think it’s going to get better any time fast. He’s only doubling down while the company shows a shrinking moat and market. He has not admitted his mistake and it’s killing gin.
QSR also owns Tim Hortons, Popeyes and Firehouse subs. I'm not sure about the US, but those are top brands in Canada, especially Tim Hortons which is on every block like McDonalds.
yo nobody is talking about fubotv. i bought some shares at $1.11 and its almost at $2. i wish i would have bought more, but now that i am in the green by so much when do i take gains. thank you
Graco is interesting, the gold standard of fluid pumps people in the trades know about this company. Super solid the parts business alone is probably a huge profit generator.
Illumina is actually the dominant player in gene sequencing. all the gene companies that you see in the market use Illuminas product. something like TSM
Joseph, again top video. Regarding Ackmans QSR, i think is good bussines. They are opening a lot of new Tims in China. And the only competiror is SBUX, But small local coffee shops are growing Like mushrooms. Chinese really started to love coffee……..
You said you prefer company that have better way to manage their capital. Apple buy back the share when their share is high is that a good example of well manage capital? Apple should use the cash to do MA or something else to boost it growth rather than buying their own stock when it is high. I trim a bit of Apple because of this.
ty for your presentations! a small sugestion, if i may: when you are showing tables, graphs on the screen, please take away image with you, because one can't see the entire picture of data! thanks!!
QSR got Tim Hortons that's growing very strong and expanding in Asia. I believe it can be much bigger than Burger King outside the US. In Canada, if you have Starbucks, you'll see Tim Hortons nearby with more people inside waiting in line.
We are now in Q3 but it seems the latest 13F data is still from Q1. Is copycat investing based on 13F data still lucrative, or is the time gap too great?
The Apple numbers in India are impressive, clearly a lot of growth potential still. Also when Buffett kicks the bucket, I worry Berkshire will collapse
I think you're missing the bull case on QSR completely - It is far from just Burger King. It is also about the international expansion of both Popeyes & Tim Hortons. Most of RBI's profitability lies in the strength of Tim Hortons NOT BK. A great defensive stock as people likely look to "trade down" with a strong range of restaurants. McDonalds, Wendy's do not have seem to the same international growth?
Buffet knows that oil is finite and there is less than 75 years left of it which will drive up price. Its irreplaceable for certain engines and plastic products.
facebook ignored uk and went ahead and bought that gif company and had to humiliatingly sell it. In theory the Uk body that investigates mergers is independent and free from political interference. Uk is the only sizeable market XBOX has any traction in outside USso they cant really ignore it.
Joseph, I’m a long time viewer from Toronto. QSR has a brand inside of it called Tim Hortons, which is the largest nationwide coffee chain that is competitive with Starbucks and McDonalds. Tim Horton’s is increasing market share, has a strong brand identity and moat nationwide, and Canada’s population is growing due to favourable immigration policies. It’s not just Burger King
Hey Joseph. You should start following Ken Fisher and Stanley Druckenmiller as well. Neither of them are active traders and always seem to have a knack of finding great entry points
Stranger Things costs just as much as 1923, and the earlier shows were cheaper, so it's not that bad. If you want to talk outrageous, look at Rings of Power.
I recently made more purchases. Saving money for a market downturn is likewise a bad idea. There are numerous ways to look at recessions and depressions, we cannot always expect to make large returns, and taking chances is better than doing nothing. The bottom line is that you will achieve remarkable results by diversifying your portfolio and making wise decisions. My portfolio's raw earnings rose by $608k in just 5 months.
Despite my confidence in your advice, my recent stock purchases, and the fact that I am an AMC shareholder, I haven't been able to accumulate anything. I had already been in the hole for too long prior to the downturn. What's the investing procedure?
with the help of my consultant Camille Anne Hector, I've been investing for a while, and I couldn't be happier. Her company offers the broadest financial guidance currently accessible, has given me the best ROI while safeguarding my capital. It never squanders my money on dangerous speculation or poor risk-management techniques.
That is amazing! Since my portfolio has greatly deteriorated, I could really use this advisor's expertise. If you could suggest how to get her attention, I would be grateful.
Find her online, then get in touch with her. She’s well renowned for her work as a consequence of a recent Bloomberg piece. She has a homepage devoted to consultations.
Long-term investors know that the market and economy will recover eventually, and are well positioned for the rebound. Personally still going hard on this crazy market and I'm doing just fine.
Yeah, he went from a timid guy talking about his investments to really trying to break down the underlying strategies and workings behind people's investment decisions. It's really quite admirably. Don't necessarily agree with him on everything, but by far my favorite "finance-tainment" person.

QSR owns Tim Hortons which is the Canadian Starbucks - just FYI. Starbucks is still here and I love Sbux coffee by the way. Timbits - and coffee = Canadian staples. Even during COVID people kept going there unless they were in cities that were locked down.

If Dev Kentasaria invested in FICO and Mastercard quite a while ago the concentration may have just resulted from him running his winners. You could argue he should have top sliced it as it grew but people like Munger and Buffett would support running the winners.
QSR has Popeye's in its portfolio and I think it is one of the most loved fast food chains in Turkey. Whenever i go to a shopping mall, all i see is people waiting on a queue to get their Popeye's sandwiches while Mcdonald's, KFC, BK stands are almost empty. Maybe that's the case only in Turkey but i'm sure it must be so in Europe as well. Great content btw, Joseph 👍
Just a little correction; Warren Buffett has not signaled that he has no problem buying the entirety of Occidental Petroleum. Rather the opposite. He clarified that Berkshire will not be buying up the entire business during the most recent annual meeting.
Great video as always👌 you’re such an underrated youtuber man. Any books you recommended on learning how to better analyze the equity markets and financial statements? Would really appreciate it.

Illumina is actually the dominant player in gene sequencing. all the gene companies that you see in the market use Illuminas product. something like TSM
Warren is even more concentrated with Apple than Dev with FICO
As Warren says: diversification is only for those who doen't know they are doing.

I'm kind a agree with Bill Ackman that Burgerking is improving a lot since Restaurant brand acquire them. Food Quality is Improved better than MCD.
One of the reasons Buffett is bullish on OXY is because of carbon capture
