Thanks Kristin for another great find! This was really neat in so many ways, all female chefs (go girls!), the experience of Kaiseki, and how to experience it as a vegan. The vegan food looked great (all of it did), now I am hungry for lunch!
The host with 20 years exp from US is perfect. The partner in crime is awesome when she adds in that the food is good and throw in she's carrying "food twins", well-chosen company.
