Good video Glenn, I like your baby monitor tip, but I'd probably sleep right through any noise it made lol! I do a lot of camping with my boat and one other thing I remove and lock away is my MK foot pedal on my electric steer trolling motor.

Great video Glenn, I made my own Locker Bar because my wallet is shallow. My electronics always go in the truck at night. Usually people feel sorry for me when they see my old BOAT and don't assume there is anything of value in it. LOL

Don't own a boat, but I use the same monitors for my home and car port. Multiple monitors will interact with one screen. Never would of thought of that though. I love your videos, they are packed full of great ideas such as this one. Thanks !
I'm currently working on changing all my latches out to lockable ones.. Yes they only keep honest folks out but it helps me sleep at night sometimes!! I have my own ritual of locking everything down and I would express to everyone make on like your pre-launch!! Good tips and great video!!
Happened to us when I was a kid fishing with my dad. We were camping at a lake boat-up camp area, got there in the evening, launched, got to the campground, set up, went to bed, and woke up to a boat with no outboard. It got stolen overnight, so no fishing weekend after all, and we had to get towed to the dock.
He gave excellent advice, especially the baby monitor, unfortunately I don’t own a boat, but if I did I would take this video as a good idea. I do nothing but pond or bank fishing I wish I could afford a fishing boat, but thanks anyway 👍🏼👍🏼
Great information, Glen. A step further, some of these camera/monitor set ups also allow you to connect to your cell phone by way of a wireless router using a free app. Any alerts are saved to the cell phone providing evidence of vandalism should an insurance and or police report be necessary.
As always great tips but I handle my gear almost the same just a little different. I do remove all my electronics, lock all my lockers and put a Loc-R-Bar across my lockers and I have a Burglar Alarm installed. And then I cover both boat and motor. Keep up the good work my friend
