I love your quilting videos. I'm pretty new at quilting, only been quilting a couple of years. It's nice to learn new tricks and tips.

Also, it makes it so much easier when you have the sewing pattern in the fabric design instead of making it up and that struck me as so smart! Idk why I never thought of that.

Great video. I love your teaching style. I have been having trouble with knotting on/off but hope to use your tips to do more hand work.

great top for hiding the knot! what a beautiful piece. I use a air erasable pen to mark out my stich lengths as I make. real hot mess of it don't.

Hi, Melanie. I love those butterflies, so adorable. What's the best method to make blankets as creative as yours? Have a lovely day, Melanie. 💖💖💖

I want to hand quilt a baby blanket in the same way. Would you suggest the same thread?

Are you sewing through a quilt sandwich (with batting in the middle)?

That knot hiding is a neat trick, I hadn't seen it before. My Home Domestics teacher certainly didn't show us that.

So you're basically using embroidery floss to accent the design. Not quilting thread.

Hmmmmmmm....you need batting to quilt something and you should use a quilting needle for quilting, not an embroidery needle. And rice is a grain.....you want your stitches to be about as long as a GRAIN of rice. You could have a kernel of corn though!
