That’s some very nice Druzy quarts you found there Liz, beautiful specimen
Could be calcite too
Yes they are! Perfect for my succulents. Thanks for watching.
Liz wow rocks with bit of bling lol I love to do what your doing but can’t no where like Australia 🇦🇺 here in uk so I carve anything out of wood found branches including shillelagh spoons forks all with my razor sharp pocket knife got to keep busy during lockdown even foraging woods for my branches carving in woods is very therapeutic too bonus 👍🇬🇧🦊🐾🇮🇹
Thanks for watching John and all the best to your wood carving. That sounds like fun.
@@LizKreate it sure is especially carving In a forest it’s very therapeutic too you should try it but your knife should be razor sharp and a carving glove worn on hand holding the wood 🪵 👍🇮🇹🦊🐾🇬🇧
Very cool. I found a ton of druzy crystals on fossils in a bag of landscaping rocks.
I love landscaping materials. One just never knows what one will find. At Mortlake, Victoria, They use Peridot as road base. Thanks for watching Debie.
@@LizKreate holy cow that must sparkle 💖
I'm missing you Liz! 😊 I hope you and your hubby are well. Id love to see what you do with all these things you pick up and take home!
Just got back from a prospecting trip MIke. Thanks for your concern. We're both doing great. Take care and stay safe & healthy.
@@LizKreate I'm so happy to hear from you!! Looking forward to your next video!
I can’t wait for you to show your collection of specimens. 😊
Awesome video beautiful stones great knowledge you have shared I have found a area with petrified wood with the small crystal growth but never thought of jewelry out of it awesome thank you so much
Love Druzy...I'll have to get myself a few small pieces, and make pendant & bracelet set for my little self.
Enjoyed this little video, Liz.
Thank you Adela. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
You should be taking gold detectors along in your adventures as I am sure you will find gold in the remote places you visit xx
Yes we do Marie. Please check out my gold videos below if you're interested. Cheers

How interesting! That is absolutely amazing. Australia is full of wonders and I love that you go out and search of every single one LOL I am so glad I came across your channels, ❤️
Awww. Thank you!!!
Agree with you, Liz, they are all so beautiful and unique! How I wish I could be there to have fun with you looking at all these beautiful rocks!😍
You are so eager to learn and willing to share what you have known, thank you!🥰
Maybe one day!
@@LizKreate let's enjoy the rocks you have brought back, that's the most achievable way first 😍
WOW those are great looking! A cool area to find for collecting.
Definitely!
I once read that the reason humans are so attracted to sparkley things is because of our nomadic past and the search for water sparkling in the sunlight. It makes sense.
Thank you Joan. I like that. Thank you also for watching. Cheers, Liz
So happy to watch your video Liz. Glad you're doing great😍
Thank you!! 😊I can't believe you found your way here. Hope everything's great with you and the family.
The stuff you pick in this video is very unique.
These druzy rocks are very pretty!
I've been fascinated by rocks and minerals since I was a little kid and am still learning. Your channel helps me grow so much!
Also the intro music on a string instrument at 0:25 is very calming to me and sets me in a very nice mood. Do you mind if I ask what this piece is called so I could listen to it as a whole?
Thank you so much! I appreciate your content and the effort you're putting into making videos and doing thorough (and very helpful) research! Have beautiful day😊👋❤
I think I remember her typing that in the description on another video, a piece called "Happy Mandolins". Hopefully Liz will let us know if this is correct?
@@Doxymeister yeah I hope she does! We'll see if you're correct and if you're not, the more we know! Thanks
Yes, it's called "Happy Mandolin" and can be downloaded from TH-cam Audio library.
@@LizKreate thank you! I'll definitely look into it now that I know for sure!
The specimens you find are beautiful the flowers were lovely
I LOVE Druzy, I could watch it sparkle all day everyday. Stirs something in my soul! I didn't know about synthetic Druzy, I'll have to educate myself about it so I never buy a piece.
They're mostly the ones in pretty colors like bright pink, purple, blue, etc. Thanks for watching.
Me too - it's beautiful! There's something special also about finding it yourself... :o)
Awesome Ma'am liz
Thank you! 😊
Excellent and so interesting! Thank you for sharing this with all of us truly from northern Canada!
Woow it is so beautiful ♥️
Liz, those Druzy covered rocks are really impressive. I don’t know that I could have shown that much restraint by only collecting a couple.
I carry a couple of those foldable grocery crates in my car and I am sure I would have filled at least one if I had a chance. Most of the time I come home with half a dozen rocks or a small 1kg bag half full if I’m lucky though one of these days the crates will get a bit of use I hope. Another very interesting video that kept me intrigued. Those mauve coloured flowers look interesting as well. Keep Safe & Keep Rockin.
I was very sad to leave this place. We are thousands of kilometers away from home and the car can only take so much. It's a case of do I take precious gems or precious rocks....The flowers by the way are called Mulla Mulla. Thanks for watching.
@@LizKreate Thank You Liz
Must be so exciting to find - especially the first time! Keep safe & have fun.
Yes! Thank you! You too.
Love spying the beautiful Mulla Mulla as well!
That DRUZY is so pretty! I tell you though. The hematite in the oxidized matrix is a look I love. I wonder what that would look like slabbed out, polished and left to oxidize and then sealed?
You two have a lot of fun! Keep at it!
I was planning to leave it as is and just cab around it for shape. It looks ten times prettier in person and really shiny. Will make a stunning pendant.
Nice finds Liz. Amazing
Thank you 😁
I like how you read that regions geological history out of rocks👍
Wonderful specimens, especially the red ones😁
It becomes second nature since I've been doing this for a long time. Thanks for watching.
Ol' Doc Druzy would have a heart attack!
Another great video. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching Zesty!
@@LizKreate 🥰
Very cool. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
very nice i will have to try and find more info for gemstone fossicking and locations to look at in nsw.
I like looking through old books and Gem & Treasure magazine. Good luck David and stay safe.
So pretty and the beautiful wild flowers :D
They sure are. Thanks for watching!
Love your channel Liz
Thanks for watching. Glad to know you're enjoying my videos.
Such beautiful druzy pieces. And those flowers ....do yo know what they are? Soo pretty.
It's called Pink Mulla Mulla. Thanks for watching.
I found some nice stones like that but I found crystaks on some of the sparkely stones I can upload a video to show you liz!
Interesting rocks you got there. Most of it are basalt with different minerals.
Gorgeous. Looks like petrified wood.
Yes they do...Just a lot lighter. Thanks for watching.
Hey Liz, are you guys going to Grabben Gullen anytime soon? Plenty there after heavy rains and flooding recently
No immediate plans to go there as we have other commitments. Have fun and hope you find heaps.

Thank you! Cheers!
Good video
Glad you enjoyed it.
Calcite or quartz ?
No Calcite. Just quartz. Thanks for watching.
I subscribed... after long doubting. Because I have troubles with your tutorials. They so close taking that you have trouble to stay in frame and it is giving me a headache. But...your contents interesting and your handwork is so beautiful 😍 that I don't want mis another video.... hope there is soon a new one... I wish I could find those beautiful stones where I live. The only thing we find the once you put in front of your garage or charcoal... but I did some research and you should be possible to make jewels out of charcoal... I will try it... lol
One can make jewelry out of anything. We are only limited by our imagination. Thanks for watching and subscribing. Cheers
@@LizKreate I sure will watching dirt a different way now. Looking for beautiful stones. And you are right. It doesn't always have to be emerald or opaal. I saw already beautiful common stones that should be great in a pendant. Don't know if people will buy it but I sure would wear it...

Is your budgie still alive?😫
Yes he is. He's almost eight years old now but looks and acts like a two year old and still very healthy and talkative. He's just grown more bossy and demanding.
