- This is my 2nd Vlog style video. After this video, I'm going to shift back to my original style of videos. I am back in India from my trip, and I have many exciting videos planned.
I went to an Indian grocery store in USA. Some of the findings in the Indian store in USA were disappointing. For example, Classic Salted lays in India has palm oil, but classic salted lays in USA does not use Palm oil.
But what I found most interesting was to see not only food items, but even detergents, creams, oils, shampoos from India.
Disclaimer: In this video, I assumed wheat flour is maida, because Britannia's rusk in India uses Maida. I should be right most likely, but in case I need to make any change in the video, I'm happy to do it.
Note 2: I visited 2-3 grocery stores and the footages used are not just from Patel Brothers.

That was humor, but I think that's an important thing that pronunciations and some words are exotic to languages so we should respect the difference and not go crazy about it. I have seen a lot of Indians losing their minds on a slight different pronunciation. We all can do better.❤

Is wheat flour and refined wheat flour same? Is both Maida?
Wheat flour is expected to be “Atta” but refined wheat flour is “Maida”.
@@vivek-420 But he mentioned that the Suji Rusk has 65% Maida - which is Wheat Flour in the Ingredients list. Who is right here? 0:47
@@sahilchamp bro, Suji is called Semolina. Since Maida is basically fine wheat flour, it would be correct to call it “Refined Wheat Floor” and wheat flour is simple Atta.

@@sahilchamp I would assume that these companies aren’t held to high standards and they surely do a lot of Ghapla. I wouldn’t trust them 100% with their “whole wheat”, “sugar free” branding. But since they can be held accountable in consumer courts for advertising wrong things, at least ingredients list should be correct.
