I've been trying to do a "hoarder" build since I've decided to buy Fallout 1st. Running light as hell with as much weight reduction as I can with the perks I've chosen.
I still don't fully understand the changing SPECIAL and perks. I've only changed it once because I took a pen and note pad to keep what I wanted to boost my strength, and utilize max perks.

Thanks for the suggestion and I have got an explosive railway and used it for a few months but….the noise annoys me too much and the recoil after each shot cheeshhhh.
I usually use an auto quad ffr tesla as that shreds even if I can’t see the enemy.
