On the topic of Medics weapon this works for any escort mission I highly recommend The Thirst zapper ( no Special ammo just the water) you have unlimited ammo and you don't have to carry any needless other ammo fires really fast too and it heals quite a bit I highly recommend it
@trevino73 nope all you need is to make it legendary and put the medic on it and just have it default it's up to you if you want to put anything else on it it has unlimited ammo and you never have to reload it
And you can get easy medic mods by crafting and scrapping the Medical Malpractice over and over (or any craftable unique with the right legendary effects). Make sure to have Scrapper and the perk with a chance to double craft to be more efficient.
Beyond happy to grab this. Five rolls and average legendary effects. My second to last roll gave me a Quad-Explosive-Vats optimized, so happy. I have been so unlucky trying to learn bloodied and vampires. More or less gave up. Lucky enough to have 2 god roll Auto-axes, but still feels funky seeing how much of the screen the bugger takes up.

I'm gonna go one level of pedantry deeper and say "Mag" is incorrect here. It's a battery. Technically it's a microfusion cell that burns out after 150 shots. :P
@@BumNanner451 A magazine is just a place where munitions are stored. A hopper or reservoir of arrows or pellets is still a magazine, so a microfusion cell is still a form of magazine.
@@GremlinSciences nothing is being fed through though. There is no mechanical action happening once the cell is in position. So it does not suit the weaponry nomenclature of mag or clip. But again, I was being extra pedantic as a joke. :)
Get ready to have at least damaged if not dead Brahmin when you spawn to start the run. Sometimes enemies are there attacking before you even spawn in. Happened to me a few times 🤷🤪 Also this needs "green dot" sight/scope thingy, that would be great
Most are alright, some are easy but there are a couple that gets you going before you even realize what's going on 🤪 ants are eating up Brahmin in no time, especially when you spawn into 10 of them at the start and those deadly moleminers seem to have superpowers in some runs 😂
I noticed that mod prices have been dropping and now V-63's are becoming hot commodity. After everyone learns the mods, I expect a major crash in the mod market.
looks like you cannot get the weapon if you didn't do the previous vault 63 content before hand, as I didn't and it says I need a key to access the vault 63 organics sector.

First time trying it I thought I was going to have to do all of them 15 different times until I seen the option for the large shipment which was a nice relief. The event is also pretty unstable so I I see some failed events in the near future
Got disconnected once and crashed once after a 10 hour grind session, ended up being on the same server for over 6 hours. Is their something you are doing that causes alot of crashes? I always see players say they crash alot but it never happens to me and I'm on xbox
I like how this mission starts out. Go to location, kill super mutants, get holotape. At this point I get a message to loot the Brahman but I cannot. It is like 50 feet away even though it is right in front of me. No more progression.
Cremator heals quicker than a flamer with the friendly fire perk. Just a tip but the dot seems to be why. Also got a berserkers explosive and faster reload, I just changed the first effect to bloodied. It's awesome, I use the faster fire rate mod on the weapon and it's really good. Still no cremator but really fun to use.
I helped a few other people do caravans and only got some ammo, no supplies. Then I started one myself and still didn't get any supplies after a successful run. That said, very helpful video. Hope I can get it soon.
It's not always showing. But most of the time if it's not my own caravan all i get is 1(!) supply, even if i participated the whole run. I think it is a poor decision in the first place to not give all players the same, now everyone will just run solo. It's also to easy and boring. The stages feel more like a slight inconvenience than an ambush. I know most people are still hyped but i am pretty disappointed overall, in 2-3 weeks max no one will talk about this feature anymore.
Not a good start to this new update. I Joined someones caravan for my first got the tail end of it. The very next caravan took us around the entire area, took the entire 16+ minutes and still didnt get to where we needed to go and it failed. We were going as fast as you can. The cow took like 5 different detours just to end up where he got off the road... Do they playtest.... at all?
That’s a known glitch from the pts. If it makes you feel better I’ve done a metric f ton of these and I only experienced it once yesterday. In short if it gets below 20 min it’s most likely glitched and won’t complete
My first run did that, ran through the whole area for the full 30 minutes then fail, unimpressed was an understatement, the next run I got ambushed by 4 yau guai at the finish point so the brahmin eneded up dead, I think I'll probably wait til someone has one in a vendor an just buy it rather than waste my time trying to unlock it myself
Spent about 500 modules and wound up with Anti-Armor, Exploding, 25% AP Cost Reduction, and an Anti-Armor, 25% Faster Fire Rate, 25% AP Cost Reduction as my best roles... Bought all the plans. I'm not a rifle build so it's sort of wasted on me, but who knows down the road.
The dialogue option was buggy for me and there was no possibility to choose the difficulty. Not knowing that this possibility existed, I did a disproportionate amount of runs in which I only got 10 rewards and in one mission it took 28. minutes I don't know if because it wasn't spawning enemies as it should or for something else happy to see a guide in record time on the mission at least I avoided the worst for tomorrow
I ginded for 10 hours yesterday and realized if someone starts a caravan after you and their spawn point is a small segment in front of you odds are they steal your checkpoints and the game makes you run the full circle so if you see alot of caravans goings try to start yours as the 3rd and final one
For your information Theo is currently bugged so if you are interested on getting your carbine mod as soon as possible upgrade him to tier 2 asap cause those plans are tier 3 locked but atm once you upgrade him to tier 2 you get tier 3 unlocked for free (and the plans)so you are saving 250 supplies with this! go get the plans before its patched!

First thing I went after was getting the ammo merchant to get this weapon and I've honestly been having fun with it. Made myself a Aristocrats, 50% crit damage, 50% breaks slower with some mod boxes I had from scrapping and been loving it. Eventually might change out Aristocrats but it'll do for now. Now if only we had info on how to unlock Windy so we could get those Deathclaw/Gulper related outfits.

Question: Does it get bugged out if you had the gun given to you prior to accepting the quest? I got one given to me, and I accidentally talked to the ammo dude after getting the quest, and it completed the quest before I could get the plan I think

Quick Correction though: FIrst vendor you should get is the bramin chick. WIthout her you won't be able to do bigger deliveries. Then you can focus on the other vendors once you get 50 supplies per run.

Just a heads up, I unlocked the quest and it immediately said return to Theodore? I spoke to him thinking it was progressing the mission… and it then said completed?! I did not do the mission nor learn the new gun plans?! I’m on PC and I have no idea what happened…?! But no new V63 carbine for me… Super disappointed! Anyone else having this issue?

The caravan crap isn't that good for me with what Mr West Tec Showed doing hard gives 50 supplies with me it won't let me even do hard plus whatever difficulty I'm on only gives me 10 each I do and worst then that apparently others are stuck in doing it normal and helping them do their you only get anywhere from 1 to 5 supplies it seems garbage plus Mr west tec said that the ammo merchant was going to be 250 supplies to have him join but it took me only 150 something isn't adding up right
@@RealJesseSmoke Do you? I was able to pick before I had the tamer. Pretty sure you just need to talk to Marley and ask about doing a caravan, the tamer should just let you upgrade your brahmin by changing the feed. The small caravans only give 5~7 when I run my own, medium seems to give 15~20, and the large seem to award 40~50. Joining someone else's caravan seems to award less, but you should still be earning more for larger caravans. (not that you have any indication of caravan size) A few people have spread that larger caravans don't award any more than smaller ones though, so a lot of people are just spamming out small caravans because they drop to free in just a few minutes. EDIT: I should probably add that the payout might be getting split between all participants, I always seem to earn less when there's more people.
I'm actually kinda confused. It's not letting me do different tiers of caravans... It's only letting me select to do one then that's it. I can't do ones for more supplies is there something I'm missing?

Be aware if someone gives you this gun before you do the mission to find the schematics you WILL NOT be able to get tbem and make your own.

My crashes slowed down a lot but now it freezes instead and I have to reset the console. This happens once an hour at least.

Upgrade the brahmin tamer first to get the small, medium and large caravan options.

You’re doing someone else’s and not your own.
Yea make sure you start the quest shown in the beginning of the video to then run your own caravans
Helping a team mate will get you 5 supply, helping someone else will get you 1 supply. I would say it is good form to help out those who helped you.

Any weapon that has flame mod with vampires and friendly fire means easy heals. You can use a shishkebab if you wanted to
Bloodied last shot flaming bow works really well for killing everything and healing the cows.
With the carawans you can farm the scoreboard super Quick 😮❤
Great video, but a small correction here. Theo only take 150 Supply to unlock so you need a total of 400 to get the Laser Carbine, not 500

You need to unlock the Brahman herder first to get the harder tier caravan runs
Also you only get the most supplies if it's your supply run if you're doing Randoms you only get a sliver of supplies

It shows the damage as 151 including your 75% bloodied boost but every hit on an enemy was 300 - 400 damage. How does that work?

How come your damage is so high when you craft it? When I crafted it, it only shows 51 damage but yours shows 100.
I think you got your math wrong to get the ammo guy it’s 150+ to upgrade them is 250 so that’s 350 not 500

The caravan crap isn't that good for me with what Mr West Tec Showed doing hard gives 50 supplies with me it won't let me even do hard plus whatever difficulty I'm on only gives me 10 each I do and worst then that apparently others are stuck in doing it normal and helping them do their you only get anywhere from 1 to 5 supplies it seems garbage plus Mr west tec said that the ammo merchant was going to be 250 supplies to have him join but it took me only 150 something isn't adding up right

You have to have the brahmin tamer to select your preferred caravan
@@RealJesseSmoke Do you? I was able to pick before I had the tamer. Pretty sure you just need to talk to Marley and ask about doing a caravan, the tamer should just let you upgrade your brahmin by changing the feed.
The small caravans only give 5~7 when I run my own, medium seems to give 15~20, and the large seem to award 40~50. Joining someone else's caravan seems to award less, but you should still be earning more for larger caravans. (not that you have any indication of caravan size) A few people have spread that larger caravans don't award any more than smaller ones though, so a lot of people are just spamming out small caravans because they drop to free in just a few minutes.
EDIT: I should probably add that the payout might be getting split between all participants, I always seem to earn less when there's more people.

odd i unlocked ammo merchant with 150, and have another 150 but it wont give me option for upgrade... maybe need more
250 to upgrade.
I'm actually kinda confused. It's not letting me do different tiers of caravans... It's only letting me select to do one then that's it. I can't do ones for more supplies is there something I'm missing?
