I've listened to the top viewed covers of this song on YT, nothing came close, not even in the same planet of quality, originality and finesse. The tempo of the drums, the vocal tone, the guitar and bass tone. Its a shame some videos have 50m views while this is at 700k just because there's no clip of someone being funny on camera.

But I wanted a heavier sound to it, so I went in search of good covers. This was the first one that came up, but I skipped it, dug deep and worked my way back up. Should have started here. rogue42bdf Heard it, and I love Leo and heavy metal, but to me, this kept more to the spirit of the original. Mostly because of the clean vocals and the slower (original), more dramatic tempo. Either way, hats off to Leo...I love his covers, but this is the better cover in my opinion (even if deep down I wish it were heavier lol).

This version is excelent ! Funny story : During the landing in Zimbabwe/Harare (my first ever visit to africa...i was a little scared lets say)...this song started playing on my mp3 player. I completely forgot i have this song in the player and also...i NEVER put it on shuffle. It was a really strong WTF moment for me :) but it made my landing unforgetable and also my fears gone. I loved Africa ever since and i hope i come back some time.
