Gotta swap out those front forks for a set from a cheapo mountainbike so you've got some basic front suspension, will help a LOT in the corners !
Could also chop+extend your current forks about an inch so you can corner without the foot pegs hitting the ground.

Awesome first ride back Ike. Even more awesome is your shoulder is coming along spectacularly! Pushing the limits now will have good benefits 10 years or more down the road. There are days my shoulder doesn't bother me at all and then there are days I can barely lift my keys to to shoulder height and unlock the front door. Charles, I don't know what you consider taking it easy but I don't think it involves popping wheelies! That did look like fun though..

Hey guys! Great job! I built something similar to that bike about 10 years ago. That thing was fantastic until the front forks snapped off on a high speed run and as Ike knows, things go terribly wrong when you exit a bike at any speed. I had several broken bones as a result. Just passing on some info about motorizing bicycles. The weakest part is where the forks go up into the frame. I hope you have better luck than i did👍Stay safe guys! I was told that mountain bike forks work very well.

When are we going to see some mini truck content?
I have a Mitsubishi mini truck 4x4 and last winter my buddy and I decided to drive it on our lake in Nebraska. We were fine and dandy in the cove (which we drove our john deere 5 wheeler pulling logs for fish cover on the ice) but that day we decided to drive to the little island.
Little did we know the ice was not very solid towards the island and it slammed down to right below the windshield and stopped dead. Luckily I had my window open for just such an emergency and before I got the "f" out of "oh fffffffff!!!" My buddy said he saw my heels out that window. He had his window up and it took him a few seconds to get out but fortunately he did shortly after myself.
Before we were both standing up it had sunk so only one inch of the roof was sticking out. It was there it stayed for two weeks. (Bye bye cellphone I was in the process of removing from my pocket for island pictures)
After the ice had gotten thicker near the island we went to work. Using chainsaws and shovels we cut the ice into small squares and used the shovels to push it under the ice we stood upon.
Once we reached the shore of the island we anchored a winch to a tree and pulled her to dry land. After some finesse we managed to turn it around and tow her back to the Morton shed.
I managed to get her going great again by thoroughly drying the truck and all the connections and distributor with a tarp and a 31,000 BTU propane heater set as low as it would go. I drained the fuel tank (it conveniently has a drain plug) I drained all the diffs/engine/transmission and flushed them with diesel fuel. Spun the engine with all the plugs removed, added diesel and blew it out with a compressor. Changed the spark plugs fuel filter and air filter and BAM!
SHE LIVES TO HAUL DIRT AGAIN!
It's a sweet little river rat truck

    TEST RIDE! Not "Test drive". (2 wheels=Ride / 4 wheels=Drive) LOL!

Helmet and armour and no gloves? Your hands will always be the first thing to touch the ground, or the spokes or the engine or anything that will remove skin...............really cool bike, put on a twist grip??????

I love the build and all of your videos. Your safety gear is lacking, all of those protectors but shorts and no gloves. Your hands are the first thing you put out when you fall. I hope you guys stay safe.

I think it would be cool to build a kick start setup on a mini bike with a similar chain jack shaft setup. Use an idler sprocket that only turns one way sorta like on a bike and use that to crank the engine. Install a kick start lever on a jack shaft setup. Ive been really wanting to try this and i think it would be cool. Would eliminate the pull start and maybe start a new trend.

Looks like a Huffy BMX bike from the 80's due to the yellow and blue paint.

I think you need a fatter tire in the front for traction. That big tire in the back is pushing the bike anywhere it wants to. A dual purpose tire would do good. Widen the front forks. The way that bike is set up would be perfect for drag racing.

    Maybe build another one ?!?

Idk if yall know or if anyone's already said it but make sure the stem that holds the handle bars is tight. That style stem comes loose pretty easily compared to a threadless headset. Killer build tho. That thing is awesome🤘

I think it would like sick with a crf110 front wheel and tire. The bicycle tire just ain’t it.

Please put a knobby tire on the front of that bicycle rim 👍 and they make a big wheel conversion to for bicycle rims and tires
