Yes order separately but included in pipes item of BoQ
Sir could you please show How to take hvac material specification from drawing for procurement purposes. And what are all the item usually purchased from outside
Always material take out from drawings and their technical detail information regarding material is given in specifications, like will be pressure rating, temperature rating, code, standards, schedule, etc.
All items may be purchased from local market or import from abroad.
Why devided by 144 in formula or by devided by 6
144 = 12 x 12 and divided by 6 = 2 / 12

Some BOQ has rate according to area of vcd and diffusers because there are different sizes uses in drawing of diffusers and vcds
