Herr are some of the whiskies you can try and react to.
      1. Blenders pride
      2 Signature
      3. Royal stag barrel select (not the og royal stag)
      4. Rockford( its an Indian blended scotch whiskey)
These are the ones I have tried.

Feels so weird to say this: the chawanprash you guys are testing may be popular but mediocre. My great grandpa and his siblings had an ayurveda company back in the pre-independence Era, possibly one of the earliest commercial ayurvedic companies ever. My dad indulges in their legacy and makes our own homemade chawanprash when winter comes. I am being modest to say that is ten times better than what you guys are having. It is his hobby that he has perfected over decades. No two batches are same, he is always experimenting.

Eating Chwyanprash everyday morning with milk, first thing is very good for health. In childhood I used to eat it everyday. As adults it was a health routine & it also keeps cold, cough n throat sores away!

You can easily eat 1 full spoon. Nothing would happen. I used to eat two because I liked it. Some people wash it off with milk. Some even mix it with milk. I personally like it raw. Just the way you ate. But a spoonfull.

Its recommended to take 2 tea spoons per day, morning 1tbsp and night 1 tbsp with some milk. NOT more than that. One doctor said its better to take in the morning and avoid at night. He said to avoid it in Sharad, Grishma , Varsha ritu (seasons) since it messes up some channels in the body.

As per ayurveda you should ideally chase this down with warm milk - helps to assimilate the nutrients better and cuts down the side effect of it - which is generating ‘ushnam’( internal body heat). Recommend to not have more than a tea spoon a day and having milk with it.
