It looks like you ended the video with the wrong disc, unless you had it to the side with the roller bearing. The last disc should end with the solid disc instead of the one with the holes in it right?
Thanks for video, i got the exclamation icon on dash today saying check smart lock but its been fine till cranking today after sitting on battery tender a month or so but it seems to be working in 4x4 ,should i get a code if its bad or wrong ,no code today ? 24 hrs 145 miles
Should be a code if there is a problem, did the check smart lock go away, or is it still there, could just be a bad sensor you got 2 on the front differential, maybe remove them only T30 torque and clean the tip and check oil if it’s clean, how old is your X3 ?? And how long not used it ??? If oil dirty replace it and clean sensors and unplug battery for 5 minutes and turn back on if check smart lock still on maybe a bad sensor but would have a code, start with that and let me know if it clears it up, and thanks for the questions
I give battery a good cherge just to be sure ,unhooked battery a couple times ahe removed smartlock fuse couple times and still (!) Mark cones back on ive got 145miles and 24 hrs on x3 xmr, i have driven in about 6 weeks but had battery tender on whole time
