So was I! It was exactly what I have been craving for days.
Not much silver in Silver city, it seems...! 😊
They have a few good stores for a small town, but as a hiker, no reason to stick around for too long.

This video was still awesome, even though there wasn’t a lot to film with the exception of some beautiful flowers. Free washing machines and affordable dryers made for an exceptional Motel 6! I used to stay in Motel 6’s all of the time. You had to pay to turn on the black and white television which had a key to unlock it! It was a big deal when the chain switched to color TV’s that were included in the price of the room!
That was probably when the rooms were $6 a night!
I’m not that old! That was in the late 1970’s.
@@mitchellbarnow1709 LOL! I am that old. But I don't remember my parents having to pay for TV for us. Maybe we just went to bed early ;-)
