As the season moves on to the hot summer months, the NHRA once again finds itself up in the north east as they make their return to Epping, New Hampshire for the New England Nationals at New England Dragway. The conditions on Friday night favored fast on-track racing with some potential record speeds. And the crews wasted no time in trying to make history. Erica Enders ran a 6.488 in her Q2 run, Bob Tasca III once again went for the 340 MPH mark, and Brittany Force set another track speed record. Add in Tony Stewart, Clay Millican, and the John Force Racing trio of Austin Prock, Brittany Force, and the boss John Force himself having a solid start. Then you're looking at another exciting weekend of racing.
