It was a great buy. Fully furnished. And everything was really nice high quality and very tasteful. Not Ikea or Walmart quality. Probably the best buy I've seen in quite awhile in Vegas area. Congrats to the new owner.

Hi, thanks for watching. It’s the glare from the sun on the south side of the building combined with the blue tint from the windows. We always clean the lens before filming, it’s just tough with the window tint.
Getting supplies in and out of these buildings seems to be a major headache the garages all seem to be either detached or semi detached. Price is nice HOAs are not.
