He’s definitely tall but it might be a limit to how well you can do soft goods in a particular scale. I’m pretty sure the smaller the figure the harder it is to make the outfits.
@@cmbrock1 absolutely
Very good review as you gave a lot of comparisons. He is too tall among his on line. The legs are a little too thin but arms are good. Should have reduced the legs 3/16" and would look fine because ankle to knee is a bit long. Very good choice of fabric for the shirt since it is more to that era rather than late 60's-80's spandex.
Looks awesome just wish he was a tad shorter
I like this figure, but the main thing keeping me away is the legs. I wish he had tights over his legs. I don't like seeing the knee joints. I want to display him with the Batman/Two-Face 2 pack and the GA Joker, but it would bother me to see his joints when their's are covered.
I don’t think the original Robin wore tights just short shorts
@dHuntersReviews Maybe not in the comics (which is hard to know) but Burt Ward did have them in Batman 66. I was watching that series today with my son and noticed he was wearing tights under the shorts. If this was a $30 toy version I wouldn't care, but as a $90 collectible I'm having a hard time talking myself into it. Some poses it isn't as jarring to see, but in the poses I would probably do it would stick out to me.
Again, 99% of me likes this figure. That's the one thing that is holding me back. Who knows, maybe down the road I'll give in and have to pay the late tax.
Great review though!
The Golden Age Robin is perfect. The Golden Age Batman not so much. Great video. You have so many wonderful toys. Like #32... Bat Toast
@@TheRealBatToast robin too tall
Robin's too big!🐦😂

Awesome review! Will you be getting the BTAS mezco five point figures?
No, I only collect 6-7 inch scale for the most part.
It looks cool. Great likeness to a classic Robin.
I don’t think these are worth the higher price for some. I’ve seen a few Mezco figures at a clients home. We had an enjoyable conversation on collecting figures. I may get one Mezco but who would be the best character to get?
@@MTB214 Batman

Thanks for the review. I was on the fence about this one.
@@alienbob7025 and do guy still want it?
@@dHuntersReviews Yeah. The scale bothers me, but I like the figure overall.
@@alienbob7025 scales perfect with McFarlane lol
Awesome figure and awesome review. It’s hard to pull the trigger on spending that much on a Robin but very nice.
Agreed
Great video

Looks Like Jason Todd As Robin Than Richard Grayson.
Disagree big time
That is the epitome of dick Grayson face snd hair
Yeah I Know,But Looks More Jason.
@ I disagree
Yeah, me neither, then it's just Richard with that cut.
I'm a cheap son of a gun so I may just buy the Mezco Robin's heads so I can put them on my McFarlane Robin.
@@AlphaProto how are you cheap if you’re buying Mezco just for the head…?
