The % awarded varies from state to state. For information specific to your locality, contact a local solar installer or agency who specializes in writing REAP Grants for these details.
Criteria for scoring includes energy generated (saved/replaced), whether the applicant is a previous recipient, the length of the payback period, whether the project is located in a classified "disadvantaged" or "distressed" community, the environmental benefits, and possible additional criteria per state rules.

Are there programs for Non-Profits?
