The rib. Don't wait too long to get it checked otherwise they may have to break it again to get in in the right place. Or, Gorilla tape it. I live vicariously through your videos. You have made me an even bigger fan of Ryobi tools and Fiskar tools. Maybe someday they can sponsor you and your videos. But then again, you would have to deal with other humans. Stay swanky!

I know you don't want to hear it, but the wood stove in my cabin drives out ALL moisture, it's currently 30% humidity in here and fire's been out since last night. Can heat the place up in about 1 hour, in the coldest part of winter. It almost never goes below 60 degrees inside, and when the fires been stoked too much can reach up to 80 degrees (gotta open a window!). I keep a pot of water on top of the stove at all times so I have it to clean and do dishes with, etc. It really would make some of your struggles a lot easier, and you have free firewood all over the place.. but you're determined to use propane. I hope someday you'll build a guest cabin or another structure that uses a wood stove Ryan, it's really wonderful!

    Hi.
I have a suggestion for the next time you drag a log behind your 4wheeler, so the logs don’t dig into the ground when being towed…
Whatcha do is get a large sheet of heavy duty plastic, say, 4 foot square. Then screw/nail that to the end of the tree you are towing, making sure the plastic overhangs on the bottom by about 5 inches. The overhanging plastic will tuck under the part of the tree that touches the ground, thereby not plowing into the dirt and becoming stuck.
You want to put a large washer on the screw prior to attaching it to the plastic. This will prevent the plastic from being pulled off of the screw when towing.
    Cheers.

13amp so your generator can run it within amp range.
ALSO: put a water tote in the attic where it's always warm, get an on-demand propane heater for showers, move your shower to the side of the cabin.

Arnt you going to have to move that up when you insulate the floor? same with the desk or did you already account for that?

Get a Hard Bristle Boot Brush and make a holder for it on your porch, so you can knock off any gunk before getting inside. Although, making a double entry way would be best. That way you could take off your boots and any other item that has gunk on it, prior to getting inside. Also will help to keep your steps from becoming a safety hazard, again. For the flooring, walls and ceiling try getting a roll or two of double sided reflective radiant barrier (5mm). Only thing is, you will have to remove you floor and walls to put it on. It's better than freezing your butt off during colder temps or overheating yourself during hotter temps. Heal up soon.

Another way you can do. It is put a board coming from the wall. Then one hooking to the board part of the bed and then at the board. Just you can slide every other board out and make a bed on dual X. He's a Van builder for people that travel around. He's on youtube and you can look him up

For the flip out section have a set of 2x4’s that slide out to support the flip out

You need a ceiling fan over by the door, to circulate the heat. 😂

The fan loom bubble wrap installation and cover over it toward it holds the bomb up and I don't like it that won't eat through it

Ryan make girlfrieds bed like a fold down murphy bed against the wall. This way bed footprint will not encroach on cabin space when you are alone

Just some old school fix, try rapping to hold the rib. It's not comfortable but will keep it from moving every time you do.

Ryan, I know you have mentioned several times about building a treehouse, there is a channel called “Survival Builder” a couple of Phillipino guys build one 15m in the top of a tree. You might get some ideas from that video! ❤❤

Instead of flip out bed, would slide out slats be better. I made one for my motohome. Possibly, you've already made it already

You need to get there is a thin type of insulation (1/4 inch thick) that comes in a roll; it has a silver Mylar sheet on one side and the other side is a synthetic rubbery type material that insulates. You buy it in a roll. You could roll it out on your floor with the silver side up and staple it to the floor and it would really help with keeping the floor warm and it would cut down on how much propane you need to heat the building.

Yes, "bubble foil". Made by Reflectix. I came across this following "Boss of the Swamp" TH-cam channel. Here is a link to a video he did on it: th-cam.com/video/xPTJD9nuWvQ/w-d-xo.html He also provides links to where you can buy.
