Thermal power plant -
A coal thermal power plant, also known as a coal-fired power plant, is a facility that generates electricity by burning coal to produce steam, which then drives a turbine connected to a generator. Here's a simplified explanation of how it works:
1. Coal Handling-The process begins with the delivery of coal to the power plant. The coal is typically transported by train or truck and stored in a coal yard.
2. Combustion: The coal is pulverized into a fine powder and then blown into a combustion chamber, where it is ignited. This combustion process releases a significant amount of heat energy.
3. Boiler:The heat from the burning coal is used to heat water in a boiler, turning it into high-pressure steam.
4. Steam Turbine:-The high-pressure steam is directed onto the blades of a steam turbine. The force of the steam causes the turbine to spin.
5. Generator-The spinning turbine is connected to a generator, which contains coils of wire that rotate within a magnetic field. This movement of the coils generates electricity through electromagnetic induction.
6.Cooling System:-After passing through the turbine, the steam is condensed back into water using a cooling system. This water is then returned to the boiler to be heated again, creating a closed-loop system.
7. Exhaust System:-The flue gases and other byproducts of the combustion process are released into the atmosphere through an exhaust system. This may include the emission of pollutants, which need to be controlled to minimize environmental impact.
8.Power Distribution:-The electricity generated by the generator is typically of high voltage and needs to be transformed into lower voltages for distribution to homes and businesses.
9. Environmental Controls:- Coal power plants often have pollution control systems in place to reduce emissions of harmful gases, such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, as well as particulate matter.
It's important to note that coal-fired power plants have faced criticism due to their environmental impact, primarily for the emissions of greenhouse gases and air pollutants. In recent years, there has been a shift toward cleaner and more sustainable energy sources as a response to these concerns.

How Did you cut the cardboard this presicely
Thank you, you can also do the same , get 2 layer cardboard and first mark and cut with sharp cutter with soft hand (just make line over the marking , 2nd time give small amount of pressure. 3rd time you can cut with more pressure , that’s it. (You can Do the practice 2-3 times )

Can we use normal dc motor instead of gear motor
You can try .( normally those dc motors are high in speed and low in torque )it’s doubtful that normal dc motor can rotate the conveyer .

Thank you for your feedback, in this model I used cardboard from used box , gear motors get from local shop, its cost me around 800₹ , I just give you an idea , it’s up to you, how you can reduce the cost and make it affordable for you.
