That was delicious. Haley has the velvet voice of an angel, and the face of a Goddess. Keith Phelps can tickle those ivories like none other. And Dad Harry can really rip that guitar. This performance is such a treasure and it will be played and shared often.
She has the voice of an angel in this song and in her rock songs she has the voice of a hardcore rock singer. It's amazing how many different ways Haley can manipulate her voice.
Sublime. Harry and Keith play really well together. They are two consummate musicians and the vocalist is extraordinaire. Together they make a perfect trio.
She could take those two anywhere and perform anything. In fact she ought to. Her voice really stands out with accompaniments like this. Come to think of it, Ella Fitzgerald recorded 4 albums with just Joe Pass on guitar, and other albums with just piano, and then a number with small groups - trios, quartets and such like.
Well done! me who follows fan of Doris Day and Ella Fitzgerald ou encore Julie London, I do not feel at all frustrated. On the contrary, you sublimate this song. You are their very worthy descendant
You're quite lovely ma'am . And your Voice is filled with Stars that illuminate my days. Sincerely. I hear ( in you ) The Ghosts of Ages Past. ( Which still Live and have been further Immortalized by Your very respectful interpretations of The Greats. ) My favorite version will if course always be Miss Ella Fitzgerald, but you certainly come a very close second. (Then probably Mama Cass.) Well done ma'am . ++++++ This Place. ___________ This must be The Place. Broken Hearts Come to Die. A Pit of Love Disgraced! I always thought the original performer of this old classic was Cass Elliot. Wrong, wrong, wrong! The Ozzie Nelson Orchestra introduced this song in 1931! That's right, it's a Big Band era hit.
She is stunning, that voice and that soul, transcend her ages.
If I was watching a movie in a theater and she was sitting behind me, I would just listen to her.
It's easy to understand how this song (and surely this rendition) can bring up a lot of emotions to many, many people.

Cassy Elliot meets Doris Day.......simply superb!!

@@gynack Sometimes in music, less can certainly be more; especially with a vocalist like Haley.
This was magical. Haley's vocals and the keyboard playing was incredible.
The "of me" in the final is.... wow amazing.
Just perfect, thank you ❤️
Thank you!
Wow.
Love them both, great artist
that rare and precious moment when I can like it even before listening... wish some day Haley could come to Moscow with all this magic.

This is beautiful. I like that you now more in this sort of music back. You make a perfect trio. By the way, B/W videos are perfect for you.
The key solo was to die for....
Pianist smashes it
Keith Phelps is an extremely talented musician, I think he was only 20 years old, or 21 when I filmed this video

I agree that Haley was born in the wrong era. The 60's and 70's would've made her a huge star!
Tesla Waves.
Piano soloist competing with Haley (trying to, LOL!)
