I would see that as a sign to leave the relationship, he's honestly getting mad over the stupidest thing. Also the fact that you were happy that she lost her baby, just because you thought that it would steal all the attention from you, like, are pregnant people not allowed at your wedding. And why do you think she would try to "start drama" or even try to take all the attention from you, when all she did was be happy about her pregnancy like a normal person, and now she might not even attend because your imature and selfish!? And then when she told her sister in tears, you thought it was ok to make a "joke" which wasn't funny or appropriate? You also thought your wife was being "Over-Dramatic" for considering not marrying you!? Like dude if I was your fiance, I would call off the engagement the moment you decided to crack a joke about her miscarriage thinking you were funny!
