Preview - GIRI Supervisor and manager training

Think Up is working with the Get It Right Initiative to design and test a programme of training, co-funded by CITB and industry, which aims to improve productivity by reducing error. The training is divided into three strands: supervisors and managers; interface management; and leadership.
This video was filmed at one of our recent pilot training sessions and gives a preview of some of the material that is covered during the training.
