    రొయ్యి పీత వాతం చేస్తుంది ఏదైనా కూరగాయలు కలిపి వండుకు తినాలి. సముద్రం లో పెరిగే వాటికన్న మంచినీటి రొయ్యలు శ్రేష్టం. సముద్రం లో పెరిగేవి అక్కడున్న తీరప్రాంత వాసులకు చిన్నప్పటి నుండీ తినడం అలవాటు ఏమిచెయ్యదు వారికి రోజు సాయంత్రం చేప రొయ్య కామన్ ఫుడ్

    We use 36% or 38% protein feed (the cost of feed is around Rs.100 per kg) for Shrimp farming.. It takes 1.5 tons of feed to produce 1 ton shrimp, but farmers are selling at very low cost and incurring losses... but still they are doing aqua farming.

    Few other things are also to be noted.
    1) They should be brought as fresh as possible.
    2) most prawns that are cultured in coastal AP are fed with inflammatory feed. So consuming these prawns is fraught with risk.
    3) As far as possible sea prawns and un polluted river and natural lakes prawns are best.

      ఈ సారి రొయ్యలు మాత్రమే తినండి రైస్ లేకుండా తిన మన్నారు కదా అని 250 గ్రామ్ తీసుకో కొడదు షుగర్ పేషెంట్స్
      1. 2-4 చికెన్ ముక్కలు
      2. 6/7 రొయ్యలు
      3. 2-3 మటన్
      4. 2 ఫిష్
      అలా తినాలి సౌత్ లో ఒకే కర్రి తొ అన్నం అంత తింటారు అది రాంగ్
      1. కొంచం రైస్ 1 పుల్కా ఒక కప్ పప్పు 1 కప్ ఆకు కూర 1 కప్ రసం కొంచం నాన్ వెజ్ 1 కప్ మజ్జిగ తినాలి 25 మిన్ వాకింగ్ చేయాలి
