YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS WELCOME FRIEND.
I ASK YOU FOR A COYOTE LIKE
In this shell area, we have found various types of knives. Some different from those we commonly find in other areas. We think they used them to deflesh the shells they took from the sea for food. Maybe they also opened the shells with them. Thanks for your time friends. BLESSINGS.

Wow! such a beautiful collection! quite shining and looks nice!
Thanks my friend. BLESSINGS.
Beautiful knives !
Wow thank you my good friend. Up South Carolina. BLESSINGS.
We have seen some amazing stone artifacts found by Coyote, Pepe and Poncho. The knife Pepe found in this video was really a beauty. The width to thickness must be about 10 to one. Fantastic “edge retouch” on the edges. It is definitely Museum quality!
Hello our great friend. This knife is fantastic my friend. And also in the shell area... We are going to leave a part unexplored for when you come with us there. The best for you friend. BLESSINGS.
That is a beautiful knife. Thank you for sharing your finds. Peace
My good friend. Greetings to Florida and thank you for your nice comment. BLESSINGS ALWAYS.
Vert nice finds amigos, the pepe knife is a smoker. Never throw away the broken points, they are great study pieces.
Yes friend, that knife is a smoker. I keep all the broken points. I have a container for tips, another for bases and another for the middle part. On occasions I review all the bases and find surprises in them. Twice I have also found the tip and the base of a piece, perhaps I found them at different times and I didn't know I had the other part at home. BLESSINGS TO MY GREAT FRIEND.
Oh My My My ❤
My friend, thank you for joining us. A big greeting to Virginia.
Fine knives. That big one was exceptional.👍
Yes friend, this area of shellyards has given us very fine and beautiful pieces. That big one that Pepe found is off the charts. Thank you and blessings always.
That knife sure is special! Congratulations on the find! Awesome collection Coyote✌
Thank you my great friend.
Wow! I was holding my breath as Pepe pulled the beautiful knife out of the ground. Beautiful knife. I’m glad you told me how the video will translate into English, helps a bunch.
Wow my friend. So much time watching our videos without understanding what we were saying. It means that you enjoy our findings. I'm glad you already understand something of what we're saying. When we find something that is half buried, we feel enormous excitement when it is complete and disappointment when it is broken, but we still really enjoy our adventures. The best for our great friend.
Great job! Thank You Senor, that first scraper, looks like it had a handle, so you could, push or pull on it, to scrape. Or the notches were used as, spokeshaves. For scraping shaftlike objects. The pink knife is beautifully shaped, and looks like quartzite. That little broken brown base, was Fluted, and notched! It may have been a Paleo that was lost, then notched yeas later when it was found!? You got proof now! The blades were all very large, and Had handles. When blades broke, they sharpened them, over & over, untill they reached the binding sinew. Giving them the original rounded base, with a pentagonallike tip. Tremendous! We do have some styles that resemble that overall, teardrop shape. Yhe styles we have are not as old as Paleo. Hopewell, and Adena are just two, there are more though! Love seeing the COYOTE DEN! God Bless, All the Coyotes! 👍😉
Auuuuuuuuuu that's it friend, we have there evidence of some forms of work by the natives, not as old as paleo but of a process of adaptation to the environment where they were. Thank you always friend for your magnificent contribution. BLESSINGS ALWAYS.
You All, Make it a pleasure, Senor!!!
Pepe strikes again 👍.. A real beauty that one! Interesting you are finding them in one area. Associated with shell middens you say? Must be some significance. Be well Friend's.
That area where we are searching is new. It has an area of about 6 square miles and is all covered with large quantities of shells. They fed on products from the sea that is about three miles away. In this area we have found knives with typology that we had not found anywhere else. Thanks for being here my friend. BLESSINGS.
Felicidades
Tenemos casi dos meses que no salimos. Estos son videos viejos. Aun me quedan como 6 por ahi.
Great edgework on that big blade. Looks different
Yes friend, it is different, a beautiful peeling. Thanks for joining us. BLESSINGS ALWAYS.
The large knife is exceptional, my dear friend. I have never seen similar knives from our area! That is a masterpiece from a master craftsman, so delicate is the flaking. Blessings to Team Coyote!🙏❤️
Wow dear friend, THIS WAS A GREAT FIND. It has a very detailed and fine peeling. Auuuuuuuu 💖🌺🙏🏼
Lol, i got all excited about the knife, and a good reason to, that thing is exceptional, reminds me of a north blade , no point in telling you good luck next time 😁
AUUUUUUU, AYAYAYAY Imagine us when we see something buried and that could be something great, emotion overcomes us and we can't help but celebrate it. We are lucky friend. When you see the discovery that we made in recent days and that we will present soon, you will surely say: THESE FRIENDS DON'T NEED LUCK, THEY ALREADY HAVE IT. Thank you always, you are a great friend. BLESSINGS.
@coyotearrowheadhunting3083 lol, as you are also !!!
WOW !!! That is an exceptional blade right there. Very nice collection of knives from that site. Many time tools are so unappreciated, many are unique and were made for special jobs. They often have very specialized skills used in making them.
We agree my great friend. Special skills are needed to make them and also to use them. It's like nowadays we sometimes find tools that we don't know what they were made for nor do we know how to use them. Every era was different according to the transformation they made of their environment. As always, we feel strengthened by your presence, friend, as well as all our friends. BLESSINGS.
What a beautiful knife..
BEAUTIFUYL, BEAUTIFUL MY FRIEND. BLESSINGS.
Such beautiful knifes all made very similar whose use must have been to process all the bountiful seafood, many look like they were resharpened many times. The one Poncho found looks it had little use as though just made but it’s use interpreted countess years before. Interesting that Ponchos knife was next to a mano, maybe used to crack open the shells and the knife to scrap out the delicious meal 😎😎😎
Yes friend, I think that the ones that are resharpened are the ones that have a rounded base, this big one that Pepe found had not been resharpened once. Yes friend, maybe some were for opening the shell and the others for fleshing it out. BLESSINGS.
Hola Coyote, and Pepe. Many blessings to you both , and your families. Pepe's blade looks to be very old to me. It looked to have somewhat of a flute on it. It could be anything from Paleo, to very early archaic! It is an exceptional piece for sure. Congratulations on finding it! 👍👌👏👏👏🖐🖐🖐
My great friend, a hug for you. That Pepe knife is very fine, it is beautiful, it may not be paleo but it is very old and beautiful. Thank you my good friend for always being here with coyote. BLESSINGS ALWAYS.
I can imagine someone sitting by the fire centuries ago dipping smokey flavored clams in butter , garlic and herbs - makes me hungry a thousand later just thinking about it! May you be always be blessed with safety on your adventures ! 😎👍🙏
Wow, maybe some deer or hare fat, with mesquite, damiana or oregano herbs that they did have, or a sautéed fish with these wow ingredients. Beautiful life of the natives here in the desert who only cared about hunting, eating and fighting for a woman. This place next to the sea is fantastic.
Very good hunt my friend ! Congratulations! Most all of the tools are the same type ? Best wishes , stay safe
Yes my friend, they are knives, some are very similar. In this shell region we have found knives that we have not found elsewhere. BLESSINGS.
Amazing!!!
AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL MY FRIEND. THANK YOU. BLESSINGS.
What an incredible blade! Congratulations to Pepe! Great video as always, Coyote. Beautifully filmed as always! I like your theory about those knives being used to get the meat out of the shells. That seems like a logical conclusion. Thanks for sharing with us!
Yes friend MY SHADOW. It is a great and beautiful knife friend, Thanks for congratulating the cameraman too hahahaha. Thank you for approving the theory that they are oyster shucking knives. BLESSINGS ALWAYS.
@ blessings to the great Coyote!!!

Auuuuuuuuuu compadre del alma. Cuidate, un abrazo. BENDICIONES.
Gracias
Very nice! Thanks for sharing
THANK YOU MY FRIEND.
Beautiful knives Amigos, there are Camps around here that gathered Clams / Mussels but, I do not find that type of knife. Some of the Clams will have a small 1/4” hole punched through one side maybe with a deer antler to open them? The Concheros area may be unique with those type of knives. The mystery continues 👍🏻
Yes friend, the mystery continues. To open a shell you just have to get to where the callus is, which is what joins the two shells of the bivalve. If that hole is where the callus was, it means that they cut it up there and the shell opened immediately. Very good observation my friend. Someday I will experiment with real clams and one of these knives to see if I can open them with them. BLESSINGS ALWAYS.
👍🏻
Awesome finds! Nice collection!
💖💖🌺🌺🙏🏼🙏🏼Thank you dear friend.
Perfecto amigo.
Hola amigo Mario Ceguedo.
