It's not that there's so few of us and more like it's generally cost prohibitive to be one early game. I usually start out with the lance as it's my favorite weapon then branch out into other weapons then by time I'm satisfied with my account progression I generally have the funds and mats to go all-in on using the hbg and lbg.

When you open up the map, you can bring up the fast travel locations by hitting A or Right on the d pad > then hitting select rather than scrolling all the way up to find it on the map save a little time 😊
Hate to be that nerd emoji guy, but Rey Dau's horn attack isn't technically a railgun. If anything, it behaves more like a basic capacitor. A railgun doesn't shoot electricity, it just uses electric current to generate a magnetic field that shoots projectiles, like bullets, at extremely high speeds. The kinetic energy of which is insanely high.

Fun facts: you can shoot while riding your Palamute; I mean Sksskk. I forgot; if you jump from your Ostrich and hit the monster while airborne enough times, you'll trigger a mounted attack where the hunter climbs on the monster and stabs it with its carving knife to create a wound and perform a cool finisher-type move. Your Ostrich can also pick you up and save you if you get stunned.
This seems to be same on MH World to trigger mount attack. Gunner has a choice to use the carving knife or use the ammo to wound the monster before the mount-finisher move. really awesome.
that focus mode tail base weak point ngl reminds me of doing spread diablos in the gen 1-2 games i love these new monsters rey here has some amazing movement and things it does i know unnatural history is gunna make a banger about its ecology its a really cool looking wyvern how it uses its arms the thunder it builds up and how it moves naturally vs raths and their very old animations and attack patterns its like they learned from seregios in recent games and espinas that making wyverns do cool stuff their skeleton looks like it could naturally do would be good for gameplay so far bow gun of both kinds and bow looks to be very good in this game and thats saying alot given most weps now have a parry interrupt move now too and the focus mode dynamics
really liking the new lbg so far. it’s good stuff. can’t wait to try out some proper pierce and spread guns edit: with the new rapid fire mechanic, if special ammo boost and ammo up are still skills, they might be crucial to lbg… since this gun has ballistics on it, i’m assuming all high rank weapons must have multiple slots in order to make different build decisions 🤔… 🤷♂️

the armor for the other 3 monster; froggy, hairy, and longboy are available in your tent. they’re pretty cool looking edit: longboy armor might only be available for the palico at the moment… i forget.
@@mkv2718 Not just the large monsters, small monsters always craft a headgear or something, the minerals you collect create armors as well, ... for me it's the best part about the game, that's the reason you slay monsters.
How does status work? Is it non-stop increase of status tolerance like in the world? I always wanted to do status only builds but it just wasn't that viable in world.
Clicking on this video made me worried cause of the LBG… Thinking it was hiding the missing additional letters with today modern time. The last thing I want is that craziness in a monster hunter game

LBG is indeed still smooth to play, seems like Rise lbg without the Fanning maneuver.

Is there a toggle or such for the health bar? Having it swirl around at low hp is something I don't like.
Yes. You can turn that off. The accessibility settings the game has are unbelievable.
