    I am tired of working for bullies bosses, I am determined to follow your advice. I can see the light and quit my job or I should say "quit my day-time job" and make more money along the way I am a super hard working individual making my bosses looked good while I get pennies for a dollar and zero appreciation. Thanks so much!

    i did the same type of thing last december and did 20k that month but only worked the first 15 days of the month. the time sink wasnt going to stores but instead merchant fulfilling all the items, as that was where the money was at that time. so this can work, certainly, but this is no joke in terms of the amount you will have to work. you will have basically zero time for anything else

    Great idea. The town I live in is next to an Army base and most of the stores you listed give veterans a 10% discount. so now there is even a greater profit margin.

    Thanks for another informative video. Could you PLEASE address the matter of having to obtain 19 state business licenses for the 19 states where Amazon has warehouses? This seems to me to be a pretty significant issue, and only one coach on YT is talking about it. To be honest, this freaks me out. I've been in business most of my adult life and have found it difficult dealing with one state gov't., much less 19!!! I am planning only to do merchant fulfillment because it boggles my mind. No one talks about the cost of an on staff bookeeper, office mgr., accountant, and legal team. Please speak to how you deal with these nexus laws. Thanks again for your sound advice.

    I understand everything you have said when you purchase these items. I also saw your other videos. Please make a video of the process once you have these items, on how you label them and what you do once you take pictures of them. Do you send them to Amazon or do you up load them. Please make a video of the final process once you have the items. Also how you decide what the final price should be to cover your profit, Amazon's profit, and shipping price. Thank you.

    So you buy items at full price, pay for them to get shipped out, pay amazons fee's and people on amazon pay more for them than they cost at these stores? - and there's still enough room for that kind of profit? I like the numbers - I'll go drop $2,200 right now just to double up in profit...I'm just trying to figure out what I'm missing here...I usually order from amazon because they're cheaper than other places...Great video. I can tell you from personal experience while doing RA you're not going to run across alot of Retail store items that you make over 200% ROI that also have good sales rank. I rarely find items like that even on clearance items. For anyone looking to do RA don't expect profit margins like 200% ROI, because you won't find them consistently like this lady did. But it may also depend on location Side note- I do RA everyday

    I don't understand how she was able to get 250% ROI. Haven't been doing this long wnough to see items with that margin. What I don't understand is the recommended ranking thresholds (which are impprtant) home/kitchen sells 1 item a day with a 220,000 ranking according to JS. why limit that category to 100,000 or less? Sporting goods would need 80k or less for the same sales (1 a day) according to JS. Is Jungle Scout a valid source for getting our ranking thresholds?

    • @SnyderReports
      @SnyderReports  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Autonerf I am not sure where she got the boxes, but I recommend people go to Home Depot and buy them there. As far as the cost to send in the items, I am not sure, I didn't ask that as I know it is very little compared to the amount she is making.

    • @PaintshotCustoms
      @PaintshotCustoms 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +HomemadeEntrepreneur I used to work at Wal-Mart and we baled huge amounts of boxes everyday. All you have to do is go there when the night shift is doing the pallets and they give all the boxes you want. But those boxes have a bunch of stickers and text all over them and the post office gripes about that. Ebay fees plus paypal are almost 14% each sale, but aren't the Amazon fba fees even higher?

    • @rosejones2932
      @rosejones2932 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Blaster Mods - You can reuse boxes as long as they are strong and do not mention liquor on the outside. Also, you will be shipping with UPS not USPS per FBA.

      HomemadeEntrepreneur I actually was at Walmart today doing a little retail arbitrage. I did find some profitable items in the clearance section. But other than the clearance section I could not find anything. Most items were cheaper on Amazon or roughly the same cost. I've been selling on eBay and other avenues for the past year and I've done half way decent doing wholesale Chinese items. But I'm really interested in sourcing items locally, I just went to my first thrift store today and saw an opportunity with books. But i am having a hard time figuring out retail arbitrage. I would definitely pay for 1 on 1 coaching calls just to get some one else's insight and advice

      +christina curtis You will scan the products, see what their rank is on Amazon and then check to see the items past sales history.

      HomemadeEntrepreneur thank you for responding. Does your course let me know which apps to use scan and explains which ranks etc is worth purchasing? I basically need a step by step guide and willing to pay for it. That's how badly I want this to work out.

      @HomemadeEntrepreneur I just sent my 1st book order to Amazon FBA. After watching your video I went to Home Depot and found a $24.95 item with a 165 ranking. It has 10 merchants and 1 FBA seller. If I buy this item at retail do you think this item will sell for FBA $49.95 - $59.95? I would like to make $15 profit? I really want to pull the trigger on this but I am scared to buy at full retail price. I know you are busy. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you

    Adam, what is the minimum amount of profit amount per item that you would recommend?

    • @SnyderReports
      @SnyderReports  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Jeff Casey It all depends on what you are selling. For instance, I will buy grocery products and replens that have a good ranking with as little as 25% ROI because I know I can keep buying and selling them. As for home improvement and toys, I try to be up over 40%. The higher the better.

    • @SnyderReports
      @SnyderReports  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Ptrevino5456 I don't remember the exact ranks that I told her. But if you were to buy toys and home improvement items then I would tell you to stay under 60k for both.

    one thing i dont understand is stores like target and walmart are all over the country, so if everyone decided to go buy the same stuff and sell it on amazon , wont it be saturated with competition?

    • @mikelliteras397
      @mikelliteras397 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      kofori321 think about the numbers. You don't need a large percentage of people interested. 1/2 of 1% is over 1.5 million people in America alone. If you think about what people do in places that don't have those stores in their areas, and what they might pay for the same items at their local mom and pops stores, along with taxes, this isn't far fetched. And then think about what this lady did. 30 stores, probably 10 hrs of driving, hours of walking, etc. there isn't that many people willing to put that kind of effort into anything. Most people would rather do the minimum and complain about the Rich ripping everyone off. 200% profit might be a bit of a stretch but I can easily see you doubling your money.
