Watching this as I live in double wide modular home. I did have a mouse problem. Wish I would known about your channel. I’ve since eradicated the mice with regular mice traps and sticky pads. Think I caught 12 within 3 weeks.

Try Nutella for a bait. Almost all the rodents I trap love it! I also use Slim Jim beef sticks and marshmallow’s.

i set up gopher poisen mixed with peanut butter inside of abs pipe out in my back yard and the rats eat all of it on a regular basis. just trying to keep them from my orange trees and from my house.

Took your advice mounted my traps. The rats have not gotten in yet. A local home using backyard as a garbage yard. City has come to clean. 5 rats and 4 mice. Tom Cat is winning with dog food.

QUESTION: which CAMERAS ARE BEING USED TO MONITOR ACTIVITY???
he mentioned it once in passing on an old episode. I asked on their website & never got an answer.
Wyze Cam. He didn't say what model but I bought the V4, records 2K. The OG is probably good enough, 1080p. It's a nice camera, inexpensive. I set mine on event mode, only records when it detects motion. It also sends a notification to the phone app.
You don't have to use the internet cloud but that is the only way to get advanced features.
You can log everything to the SD card as MP4, but the only way to watch is from a PC.
Don't be surprised if you get strange images recorded, many people report floating orbs. I had some and wondered how a rat could float. It might be dust or insects. Some people say ghosts.

Not good. The showers is usually their nesting grounds. They are getting through from the outside or sewer system.
