    0- Preparation:
    Actually there are many matters you need to prepare at beginning. Finding a peaceful place, wearing comfortable clothes, keeping you and your breathing quietly. These are the basic condition.
    First action:
    If you were preparing well, now move your body’s weight to the right foot; and open your left foot . The distance of 2 feet should be same with the width of your shoulder.

    Now let us say the hands, the 2 hands left body slowly, but pls notice palms should be moving towards back slowly,and then the palms overturn,just like drawing a circle, now palms start to be towards in front.
    At same time, your legs start to crook, your hands are also coming to the front of your chest. But notice again, your palms are still towards yourself and the distance of 2 palms should be about 5cm ( just like the width of a fist, the distance will be fine).

    Pls notice again, your 2 arms do not touch the armpit, your arms are needed to keep some distance with your armpit. Now the 10 fingers can be crossed like video you are seeing. Pls look at the hands when the hands raising up, when your hands are on top of your head, pls look straight ahead with your eyes, insist on 3 seconds, then relax your shoulder and put your hands down slowly like the video as you are seeing. And then repeat this action for 6 times.
    Action 2:
    Shift your body weight to the right leg, and move the left leg, the left hand cross the right hand, and then open your 2 hands like video showed you. When finished this action, shift your body weight to the left leg, then move your right leg, the right hand cross your left hand, next open your 2 hands like video showed you again. This is the Second action.
    Action 3:
    This action is also moving the left hand firstly, and then the right hand moves to the side slowly. you can see the left hand how to overturn. When the left hand is up on the head, pls notice the the fingers of left hand is towards right side. But the right hand, the fingers is towards to the front. When this action was finished, you can move the right hand firstly, same request. The fingers of right hand should be towards to left side, the fingers of left hand should be towards to the front too.
    This point is i want to emphasize.

    Very useful practice. I hv doing it in 5 years now. Helps me to.release my stiff body and give calming feelings too

    Hi I really like this sequence. Can you also indicate when to inhale and when to exhale for each exercise when you do the translation? Thanks!

      Thanks for your question and advice. I am thinking, the general principle is you need to inhale slowly when the hands up; and when the hands down, you can exhale slowly. You can try to feel this kind of feeling , very wonderful, if you know how to breath. Any more questions welcome to leave message here again.
