If you built it as owner, it's just up to your preference as long as you pay your ordered swimming pool contractor, feel free to built a 3/5/10 m deep free diving pool.

Hi, Jira ... smile ... again a villa in a class of its own! There is also excellent equipment with all amenities. What is also noticeable is the outside toilet and shower facilities. A bathtub or jacuzzi can be installed afterwards, as there is enough space. Especially since the floor plan of the villa - 350 m² - is ingeniously solved. The rooms, whether kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, are of an appealing size and are sensibly arranged. In the outdoor area, the pool impresses with its size and the garden area helps to round off the overall picture harmoniously. So, this villa is once again proof that the extravagant does not have to be expensive. With the price of only 9.9 million THB / around €254000, this villa should not be available for long. ... Foreigners are under the Land Code Act prohibited from owning land in Thailand, therefore, making it impossible for foreigners to obtain outright ownership over land and house in Thailand. Foreigners are allowed to own a unit in a condominium building under the Condominium Act. Goes to the same argument; WHY?
