First of all, congratulations!! This was so interesting to watch. I have discovered your channel few days ago and I like your approach and it might work for me. I have one question: do you actually have the skills for premiere pro, capcut or whatever they ask ? Or you just say yea to everything and then you outsource all the process? Thanks and congratulations again, you deserve this.
I love your videos Thomas they are very informational and I have been learning a lot. I really wanted to know when you do a meeting with a client do you normally not use a face cam when in the meeting especially when they do. I don't know if I'm comfortable yet to use a face camera in meetings so I would love to know how you approach this?
As someone who is trying to get something going for them, your videos are a gem for that.❤ But on your $40,000 on upwork video you said that you been doing this for a couple of months and here you said you have 6+ yrs of experience. I am confused rn, could you please clarify!? That would be great thanks❤
@@ThomasImdidn’t you say you had 0 skills or experience before this though? Genuinely wild how well you speak with no actual previous skills and outsourcing
So you just straight up lie to them saying you have 6 years of experience? Or are you talking as if you are the person that you’ll hire to do the job for them?
Everybody lies, both the companies and the devs. Of course, as a dev, if you blatantly lie without actually having an idea about the tools you are to work then it's going to backfire sooner or later. Just talking from the perspective of a web developer who have seen it all.
Dude you need to invest $100 into a quiet keyboard if you're going to be typing on client calls. Cherry MX Browns. Or a microphone that doesn't pick up the keyboard noise so much: lapel, directional or dynamic on boom. Or even both.
you told the client that you have been doing it for 6 years. Is that true? because you started an agency 1 year back. Also, what would be your advice for a beginner to tell about their experience if they have just started
Love your transparency and how real you are about everything🤍 I really hope you don't change like these bums! Learned so much from you, appreciate you alot 🤍🫶🏾

@@catalinul1461 Interesting, thanks for your insight.
@@whyhellotherehunter its really scummy to lie but a lot of people do it, but with his track record he should be good himself.
what keyboard are u using? sounds rly good lol
Hey man I’ve been researching for a while and I was wondering if I could work for you for free to learn more about smma
do you charge hourly or per reel? got confused on that part
Depends, but I don't work on an hourly basis. I use my rate to calculate a fixed price
@ThomasIm alright makes sense, another question, how do you create a monthly retainer? Like a subscription model for your clients
I know Zoom inform people that you are recording the call. How do you do it? Do you simply start recording or you ask the client to record it?

Great share🎉❤
Hi thomas i need your advice where can i get you thanks
Sure, let me know what you need help with here or on IG
But how do you make 100k charging 15hr?
15 an hour is very low tbh
So if we are camera shy can we just not do video calls?
How long does your sales call usually take?
depends - around 30 minutes
"I've been in this field the past 6 years." You don't look like you have that much work experience.
Its called lying
Hey there, are you looking for team members right now? Thanks a lot.
what do you specialize in?
Im Video eitor looking for team to work with them on projects @@ThomasIm

@@ThomasIm i already check it sir but i cant find any socail media course ....

You should work on saying her name.
What did you mean by “3 hrs per reel” flat rate?
Yeah, that's what it sounds like
My hourly rate was $15/hr. 3 hours per reel means $45 for the reel
you told the client that you have been doing it for 6 years. Is that true? because you started an agency 1 year back. Also, what would be your advice for a beginner to tell about their experience if they have just started
obviously you have to embellish
Just because you start your business doesn’t mean you don’t have the experience 🤡
Is your camera on or off ?
off
You should sell a course bro you could make more $
Is he really making the content, or just hires people to do it?
