Oh my goodness. Is it possible to do this in your sleep! I did something similar several years ago I wanted to talk to someone I hadn't spoke to for over at least 7 years. Instead of asking a question I wrote the person s name over and over & no joke got a call from him within 20 minutes it was crazy! I receive most of my information while I sleep but twice in the last 10 months I wrote something in my sleep in a note book next to my bed where I keep track of my medication. So when I woke up the next morning took my medicine & seen I wrote something. I wrote babies... both occasions we're accompanied with a dream about 2 sets of babies 2 boys 2 girls not even a few weeks later we found out 4 girls in family pregnant and it's 2 boys 2 girls. Maybe automatic writing is where i need to focus developing my technique.

My dad does automatic writing and does it so naturally and easy that you'd think he just picks up the phone and dials somebody's number and talks to them. I always thought I was a medium and I knew as soon as I do automatic writings , new things will happen right away. So I just tried for the first time and copied what my dad does. Surprisingly I found myself so pathetic and useless at automatic writing . What a shame.
Actually I gave up. Because the majority of the souls that contact the medium are all bastards who lie all the time. Talking to actual humans are much better than talking to people that you don't see and know who they really are.

Well, your higher self is you, not something foreign to who you are, so maybe you should try to believe in it more. The same thing happens to me with my spirit guides, I know they are there to protect me and guide me but I don't fully trust them or think of them as a part of me, but I should. I find that what works to build that trust, for me at least, is to do guided meditations here on youtube to connect with them, it is really helping me see them with a different light and trust them more, so maybe you should try it with your higher self. And also, about the nuclear war, don't believe it man, it won't happen. They just want to keep citizens afraid and worried, either because of the elections, solar storm, or this nuclear bullshit, to keep us away from our enlightment and faith. Don't believe them and keep your frequency high with positivity, faith and gratefulness!
