how do you configure the pedal brake? you just give a little touch on it or what?

Hello, I have it on 75-80% under settings and it also depends on which car you're driving. You can be really aggressive on the breaks when driving a car with ABS, but I,m more gentle with cars without ABS. Learning by doing.
