Nice to see these gentlemen are actually fishing rather than casting. Using one handed rods is actually angling, we’re as two handed rods is a sport of casting. No problem with that sport, just know it’s not angling.
Thanks for watching David, I personally love fishing single hand rods but we do also fish lightweight double handers in the parts of the river where we really need distance or in some cases it helps cast bulky flies through strong wind which we get a lot of in Greenland, also elderly guests that struggle with mobility can manage the doubles a little easier. So what ever fits and gets us fishing works best, but I agree there is a lot of "Casting" over fishing in general around the world :)

Sea run arctic char is so weird to me as a Swede but it totally makes sense, why wouldn't they go into the ocean where they can for food

People fish the way they want to fish, nobody should care what you think is angling or not
