We get our Sienna in 3 weeks (XSE AWD) and there will be a decade+ of road trips and memories in what you’re building.
My father owned an 2004 Sienna with 450k and currently on a 2018 with 40k.
When you closely watch enough of these assembly overview videos, you can just tell Toyota is light years ahead of the competition in terms of the process and quality.

I wouldn’t say “light years” ahead of the competition. Having retired from one of the “big three” auto makers after 39 years of service, I can tell you that the processes described in this video are common practice among the major OEMs when launching a new vehicle. What I can appreciate however is launching a new platform and top hat during a pandemic! That is truly commendable. Of course, only time will tell regarding the quality of the product...stay tuned.

But the side sliding doors still wont function after years of trouble and complains.
Toyota's secret weapon is TPS, which by now has been copied in varying degrees among most OEMS. However, Toyota still has smaller differences that keep its vaunted quality ahead of the rest, like workers pulling Andon cords to stop the line and continuous improvement down to the nuts and bolts. They don't pioneer new tech but believe in testing new tech that other automakers use first and then work out the kinks.
PLEASE make the second row removable. This is my dream vehicle and I want to buy it. Why would you make it so beautiful, then reduce its practicality?! That's cruel!
There are airbags in the seats so in this case it was worth it to lose the capability to remove them. Most people never remove them anyway. Technically, you could unbolt them but you would get warning lights
Toyota makes great cars. Had a 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited until 2017. Great car. Glad they are making all of the trim levels hybrids. Hope the computer chip shortage won't be too much of a problem for Toyota.

I have an 07 Sienna here in the Pennsylvania Rust Belt it has 171,000 miles on it, and it still purrs like a kitten, And the body is incredibly well preserved and rust free we just love it, someday I will I own a know hybrid Sienna

3:07. What is Grand or Great Highlander.

I really like my 2007 Sienna with 96K miles. Only tires and breaks ever changed. I would have bought a 2021 but the center seats don't come out like mine. Can you please change that back? and put in an ATF dipstick.
Overall Toyota is nice . I noticed most of the Toyota front left and right fenders are not flush with the front doors of the cars. I have 2012 sienna and 2018 Camry hybrid .

I have a 2022 sienna and the floor carpet pulls out of the side plastics against the side floor plastic trim, also the 3rd row is more then 1" higher then the floor when folded into the floor also heard it will pop back up into place if nothing is placed ontop of the 3rd row seat

How can I order second row captain's seats with ottomans and 25-inches sliding ability on an XSE?
That's because I don't like certain things on the Platinum so don't want it.

Toyota's not producing quick enough so dealers are taking advantage of that. I waited 4 months for a hybrid RAV4 that never came.
Dial gears or button gears of all models are prohibited. The gear rods must come out unconditionally. The gear rods make you want to ride a car and give you both stability and sportiness. Dial gears and button gears are well-formed and eliminate the desire to ride.

The interior materials And bulid quality really is below the previous model. And I work at a Toyota dealership so I know what Im talking about. Not hating just saying.

If you make a variety of sports car and sedan designs, mainly classic cars It looks like it will be a big hit, and it is a legend if the design comes out as it is with the old brand. Let's make one with a classic brand.
There is one problem that brands need to be aware of. In 2019-2020, whether the cars are sedan or suv, the design is very similar. I hope that in 2021, the car design will come out with a unique brand of its own. Here are examples of similar designs ex/7series=xj,xf=a7 ex/qm3=3008 Cars from 2021 want different designs, so they sell a lot and remain in history...
The gear bar gives a feeling of performance like Bugatti. On the other hand, the dial gives an elementary school student feel, and the button dish is uncomfortable.
It would be nice if a car that felt like Volkswagen's sedric, buggy, or id4 minibus appeared, and it would be nice if the suv had its own design like crossblue. Too suv is commonplace...

My Sienna 2020 is better als this new 2021
TOYOTA, IF YOU LISTEN TO YOUR CONSUMERS... GIVE US BACK THE ATF DIPSTICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The stupidest thing you did is to eliminate the transmission dipstick. I will NOT trade in my old Toyotas and will keep my old Toyota cars and van until they literally fall apart because I don't like the new cars or vans with no ATF dipstick!
Still leary of that lethargic/stressed out 4 cylinder engine mated to an electric motor to yield, an expensive to repair, hybrid platform. No thanks. I'll retain my naturally aspirated tried and true bulletproof 3.5 liter V-6.
