Pokemon diamond was my first Pokemon game and I instantly fell in love. Especially turtwig. This is so nostalgic from my childhood. I can't wait for remakes. You deserve a million subs or more.
while diamond was techincally my first introduction to pokemon, I go by games i officially comepleted the story, so black was my first generation, but i think gen 4 was for more, dedicated players, because i was awful up to the pokemon league

However, it’s defense stat was so low that leftovers would heal less overall than a single Sitrus berry. Pachirisus job defensively was to use follow me, take something like a leaf storm/Draco meteor, eat its Sitrus berry, take another strong hit and survive.

That baseline is amazing and the chimes are just sweet it sounds like a trainer you would battle after defeating all trainers on a route also don't get me started on the bit where it goes duuuuuuu it just screams sinnoh and omg that art is legendary, NO its mythical anyways keep up the good work

For some reason this is an unpopular opinion, the HP taking longer to go down depending on how much the Pokemon has feels like a great design choice, even if it is actually a game limitation. You can really feel the weight of a Pokemon the slower it's HP goes down, making it a lot more suspenseful to find out if the Pokemon will actually live or faint. Now all the games have the HP go down so fast like the Pokemon is just a slab of cardboard. But as a kid, I always had my teeth gritted as I watched my opponents HP bar go down in hopes that it would faint, and then a sense of panic if there was still a little bit left.
Yeah, well, I don't even know if there is going to be such, I really hope they're making those remakes soon, 4th generation happens to be my favourite one ;)
It's so good. I love it. I can't imagine how good it'll be if done similar style to Sun and Moon. I'd guess it'll be similar to Sun and Moon's Trainer Battle Theme.
