(i know this is old but i want to help) I'd recommend you try and find a clip-on Chromatic tuner, they work well and i use them myself as well there are tuning apps for a smartphone
Maybe my answer is a bit late but probably the most easy way to tune your guitar into this tuning, is to place your capo on the first thread, tune it into standard tuning, and then take of your capo. Normally your guitar will now be tuned a half step down.

There is indeed a Bm in the verses. There's also a D (B5, omit 3) in the chorus right before the chorus starts over each time witch is X678XX. I'm not sure why literally every tab on the internet leaves that chord out. The chord can be seen at 1:00.
