Preparation time - 10 mnts
Cooking time - 30 mts each
Serve - 3 people
Ingredients for white raddish:
Carrot - 3 carrot around 300
Full Cream Milk - 750 ml (3.5cups)
Makahana / Fox Nut - 1 cup
Sugar - ½ cup
Nuts as per your choice(here I used cashew,raisins and sun dried coconut)
Pinch of Saffron soaked in milk
Cardamom powder - 1/4th tsp
Ghee - 2 tbs
