Ingredients:
Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 500 gm
Asfotedia / Hing - 1/4th tsp
Tej Patta - 1-2
Moti elaichi - 2 crushed
Laung / Clove - 3 crushed
Green Cardomom - 2
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 2.5 tsp
Sunth / Ginger Powder - 1/4th tsp
Saunf / Fennel Powder - 2 tsp
Cinamom /Dalchini Powder - 1/4th tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Salt as per taste
Yogurt - 1 tbs yoghurt
Water
Oil
Shahi Jeera / Black Cumin - ½ tsp
