Cooking time - 35 mts
Serve - 3-4 people
Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 2 cups/ 400 gm
Sugar - 1 cup /220 gm
Ghee - ½ cup / 125 ml
Water - 2-3 tbs
Soak 1 pinch of saffron in 2 tbs of lukewarm milk
Whole Spices:
Tej Patta - 2
Laung / Clove - 4
Cinamom /Dalchini - 2 small stick
Green Cardamom / Elaichi - 5
Kali Mirch - 10
Dry Fruits :
Almonds - 10-15
Raisins - 20
Dates - 6-7 (chopped)
Cashew - 10-15 (half)
Dry coconut - 1/4th cup thinly sliced
