Before anyone comments about the worker not having a respirator, because we have had two of these comments on our other platforms already... On this particular day the foam inside the respirator helmet was being cleaned and he chose to blast without it... but I can assure you he has one lol and it feels like you’re in air conditioning when its being used ... just want to prevent negativity before it starts 👍🏼

how long did it take to shotblast one wheel?

It really depends on how thick the coating is on the wheel - but generally it takes about 20 minutes per rim. We typically do a set of 4 rims in 1.5 hrs.
