@@tomfson the concrete surface has no difference In play action for regular or advanced play. Now, im not a professional but I have played a lot in highschool and college and I didn’t notice any difference. An extreme professional might tell you it plays differently but I’m sure for your needs it will make 0 difference. The balls wont break. But if you’re putting it outside like this one, wind does play a factor in ball flight.

The rubber needs concrete below it to last its intended life span. New Concrete alone will last longer but this is a solution for older concrete typically. The colours and the softness and flexibility of the rubber is a good solution for resurfacing because it can move and flex without cracking, comes in a variety of colours and is fully customizable. To be honest though new concrete and new straight EPDM rubber are about the same price installed. But you can’t put the rubber over dirt …

The powder is a pigment to change the colour of the concrete and also a release agent so the stamping mats don’t stick to the wet concrete. The lines are imprinted on the stamping mats. So as long as you join the mats correctly the lines remain straight. Stamping an incline / hill like this is more difficult than stamping a flat surface also.

Prep master is a great rotary machine if you need to do a lot of grinding. Which we do in the islands. It’s an American made machine 🇺🇸 or any planetary machine for polishing is good. We have Klindex but if I was starting over I wouldn’t buy klindex because getting parts is a huge pain.

It really depends on how thick the coating is on the wheel - but generally it takes about 20 minutes per rim. We typically do a set of 4 rims in 1.5 hrs.

We have a lot of extra costs associated with operating in the Caribbean and shipping materials down here … but to answer your question we install rubberstone (this product) for $13-$15 USD / sq ft. Depending on colour. We also install Sierra stone from the same supplier but it’s stone and epoxy binder for $11-$13 sq ft. Then we also install Vuba Stone (same supplier) for $13-$15 sq ft. Which is stone, smaller quartz & polyurethane binder. So prices vary. But expect 30% higher operating costs for us down here in the islands than North America
