- Welcome to the 5th episode of a new series, where I travel around official photo spots of the Grand Tour of Switzerland. In this episode, we will visit the Bernina Glaciers, the largest glaciers in the Bernina Alps. They are located just a few kilometers from St. Moritz and Pontresina, on the road towards Bernina Pass.
Grand Tour of Switzerland is the best alpine road trip in the world, which will take you on a 1600 km long scenic road, from lakes surrounded by palms, across amazing mountain passes, glaciers to rustic mountain villages. You will visit the most beautiful places in Switzerland. There are officially 55+ photo spots along the trip, marked with an iconic stand.

Thanks for your kind words! 🤩👍🏻 I wanted to fly more during the blue hour, but I forgot to charge my extra flashing light 🚨 at the back of Mini 2 that evening... But at least I managed to capture a few shots in close proximity :))

Thanks, my friend! 🤩 I am now working on the video about the train itself (Bernina Express)... But still need to film some most interesting parts - tunnels and viaducts along the way. Bernina Express railroad is part of Unesco mainly because of the engineering marvels they've build along the way...
(Like tunnels in the circular shape etc.)

May i ask, what's your settings on the mini? My footage doesn't lokks as great than yours... Do you use nd filters?
@@anotherview1 Yes, I fly almost always with ND filters. Most commonly with ND32, but on the snow I have to go to ND64. I have the Freewell filters, it was the combo pack of 8 filters total. The one which I use the most often is the combination of ND32 and Circular Polarizer, so the colors are thanks to it more saturated and there is less blue in the video... I try to aim for 1/50 second shutter speed with 4k 25fps video. On the really bright sun/snowy scenes, I have to go to 1/80 or 1/120 ocassionally to have some texture in the snow.
They recently updated the design of the filters, I have the older version of this pack:

Second, in the color corrections in video editing I always make sure that black levels are touching the full black and often I go even slightly below, so there is some dark black tones in the image, and I boost the saturation of the image little bit up (1.25 boost)...

Děkuji moc, pane kolego 👍🏻😍 A před chvílí jsem přidal ještě jeden nový díl.. Tentokrát o tom, jaké je to vyrazit na lanovku v 6:30 nového času a zapomenout doma baterky do drona... Říkal jsem si, že si je musím dát do kapsy, aby byly v teple... Nu a zůstali ležet na posteli.

@@jendaantal104 Je mi jasné, že to nejde obratem :))) Ale bylo by to moc prima... Doděláme úpravy v pokoji pro hosty, takže bychom byli schopni nabídnout i dvoulůžko s koupelnou k přespání :)) Bydlíme kousek od Zurichu, takže do hor je to od nás necelou hodinu...
