entire india must be repaired in infrastructure wise beta ,roads must be widened ,buildings size must be reduced vertically and horizantally ,roads especially must be wide enough for cars lorries to fit in . For small lanes only permit houses upto 2nd floor ,not more than that. all these must be implemented perfectly . fire safety measures must be taken ,for narrow roads never allow cellar constructions because as no drain ,water easily sweeps in. if this how its repaired in entire india all our problems will be solved

Rooms are like jails, no window, no sunlight. The houses available for rent, seem to be not cleaned for years.
It needs courage to live in those pathetic rooms and flats. The owner with one flat with 2- 3 rooms in it, has 6 - 9 students in it. 2-3 students in a room. One flat gives them an income of 1- 2 lac approx.

I lived in Old Rajendra Nagar for almost 2 years. I was paying almost 25000 for a single room, hence I got a better room. Which means a small but liveable room. The conditions here are worse that can be. Dirty clogged narrow streets, lots of street dogs, lots of hanging wires, etc. Plus everybody here, right from the landlord till Sabjiwala till coaching centres, see students as ATM machines…and try to extract as much money as possible. It’s like organised extortion. The landlord has still not returned my security deposit of 25000 rs. I would never advise anyone to come here to prepare. Anybody, with even 1/10 of money spent here, can comfortably prepare from their homes (online) or go to a nearby big city to prepare, and get better results. Save your money, time and mental and physical health and avoid this place!

Old Rajinder nagar fantasised to be the hub of upsc has ended up being an exploitative system. Students with a lot of ambitions end up getting harassed by coachings, landlords & brokers. Around this coaching a great economy surrounds. Rooms rent average are around 20k , additional charges excluding food, garbage electricity , water and many more. There is a developed system of brokerage of 21 days of room rent. And this is the situation of a posh area called Orn . The situation in low elevation areas like Shadipur and Patel Nagar is even worse. This issue needs to get highlighted as it just not sucks the money of students but is a mental Harassment too. Old Rajinder nagar is not at all same as shown in web series “aspirants” . Here landlords aren’t like aluhwalia uncle , he was way too good. It’s high time for people to take action against the entire exploitative system including everyone,. The entire system is included in those deaths and any student of Orn could have been there.

I want to also raise an urgent issue concerning the deplorable living conditions faced by aspirants in ORN and the nearby areas. The rooms available are extremely small and lack proper ventilation, creating an uninhabitable environment. The rents are extremely high, with no regulations to curb landlords from unjustifiably hiking prices. Moreover, the cost of living is alarmingly high, with inflated prices for basic necessities like fruits and vegetables. This entire situation feels exploitative. For instance, I have paid ₹30,000 for a room and 21 days of brokerage. Despite this hefty payment, I constantly hear complaints from my landlord about the rent being too low.
