I finally got the Phonak Lumity on Aug 17th and so far I like them expect it doesn't have heart rate monitor on them like the paradise does it's not a deal breaker but I wish they will bring it back otherwise I love all the other new features that it has

I'm currently using Phonak Lumity 2400 R devices, but they aren't doing well for me in noisy environments like restaurants. I'm still in a trial situation with them from the VA. I love the Roger On remote mic, but the TV streamer doesn't work well, the sound is very choppy when I use it. I returned the first one, but the replacement is working poorly as well. I'm going to be sending the Lumity devices back and trying something else. I wish they would have worked better for me.

Moreover, if you face any issue with your hearing aids, we recommend getting your hearing aids checked by your audiologist as they can tune them further or send them in for repair if necessary.

@@phonakI’m a veteran so I get all my services from the VA hospital, and they did do a wind audio check for one ear and a voice in the other ear any chance to reduce wind noise so speech can be heard better

Just a suggestion but I feel that you need to get a writer for your demos. That guy Pete sounded so fake.
