Having trouble with the High Ready mod, keeps going into low ready… I have it set to toggle mode.

I believe you may have a mod conflict occurring, however I do not know what mods you have installed.
In your case what I would do is disable every mod with the exception of High ready, and see if that works.
I actually had a friend not too long ago who was using the individual gunfighter mod paks, and that ended up conflicting with his high ready. Like I said however it's one of those trial and error situations. If it still doesn't work after disabling every mod, you can try downloading a different version of high ready. I use this one -- www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/2041 ,
but I've also had this one work before also -- www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/1814?tab=files

After you install the mod, it should automatically replace low ready. There is a key bind for it in your settings.
