That's normal for electricity production, just look at wind turbines, you won't find any prices on vestas' website either. And the 750 euro quotation fee gets deducted from the final invoice, as is the case with many companies. And if you want to ask for additional information before requesting a quote, you can probably simply just call them. They probably don't want to put anything in writing on the website because they're a start up so the cost of an installation is pretty variable.

What did that cost to set up in total
Interesting that there are two turbines one after another rather than one with higher head. That is impossible to do with traditional water turbines.
